It's a very good website to purchase products from. And they even have luxe and high end brands which is amazing. Till now I've never had any complaints towards them. They always do a great job providing the best survice.

I ordered 9 items. Got 2 of them but the other products were delivered to some wrong address. And they didn't even inform me about it. Then after asking them after so many day, they told me I won't get those products as they were returned (from the wrong address). When I thought I should buy them from somewhere else. I got a message from nykaa. That the products are being shipped and will be delivered soon. Then I checked it with another executive, he said I will be getting the package and sorry for what the earlier executive said. Then after waiting for few more days. I asked another support executive for the status of the package. And after keeping me waited for a very long time, he replied that I would not be getting the package and that they can return my money after 5 days. I mean what the hell is this. Worst shopping experience ever!
I have ordered Huda eye shadow palette desert dusk online from nykaa and got damaged product on 30th July, 2020.
I registered the complain on same day on their customer care mail I'd that is *******@nykaa.com. I have attached all pics of damaged product in that mail.
I didn't get any call or mail from them for 2 days and when I called them from my side after 48 hours they told me that they will initiate the process of approval and asked me to share more pictures of damaged product along with invoice and the picture of courier package in which I got the product and asked me to wait for next 72 hours more.
I did all formalities and sent the all required documents in next 1 hour but when I did not get any confirmation mail or call after 72 hours then I called again to customers care of nykaa but these shameless customer care people have no idea that what is happening and denied me to connect to their superior also asked me to wait other 48 hours.
Today is 7th August, 2020 and it's been more than 7 days I didn't get any solution or replacement from them.
Nykaa is worst place to buy anything and have very poor customer care service.
Suggest you all to not yo buy anything from them.
Don't make pre paid orders. Horrible experience. Prepaid order no. 49*******878of Rs1050 One shipment showed delayed delivery. No sms or call received about delivery on 5th August
But shows order delivered. Taking advantage of society regulation in corona crisis. Packets just dumped at gate.
When contacted delivery boy just does an emotional appeal that he will lose job or will have to pay from his pocket if a complaint is done.
Nevertheless no response from Nykaa customer care also. System generated response for mail sent.
The point is Customer is the sufferer for the callous behaviour of 'Delhivery' agent and apathy of Nykaa.
So people beware of these frauds
I bought a couple of tops during the covid period. I checked the entire website to make sure there was no clause of non- return ability in case of a size issue- nowhere dod it say that i cannot return.
When my products arrived, i realised i wanted to return one of the many products i bought due to a fit issue.
But i was told pointblank that it cannot be returned.
Been an avid online shopper even during covid times but none have refused return.
If there is an issue with returning products due to covid, it must be clearly mentioned on the home page of the website in addition to the returns policy section and at checkout.
But conveniently omitted to avoid drop in customer purchases for that reason.
And it was not even dealt with respect- very curt reply.
I have placed an prepaid order on 9th July 2020 which I haven't received yet. Order status showed order delivered on 25th June(even before i placed my order) At starting i thought it was system error and they will correct it... it has been more than 15 days but Nykaa... they have not taken any effort to even look into this matter. I have done multiple mails taken regular followup but nooo their customer care team is useless. I am attaching the pictures which shows it is system error.

I had order for almost 10k and above, on hot sale from 24-27th July 2020. Two items where delivered to my location and I could not pick the calls as it arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday. Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back.
I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon
Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously $#*!s. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.

I have received a wrong order. There's a variation in the colour of the eyeliner which I have ordered. I have not been able to return it. Also I haven't got proper assessment about this matter when I tried to connect nyka. I have also ordered a shampoo and conditioner for which I'm not able to track the order.
I have order some products in march 2020.and I haven't got any delivery since today and no get any refund. I have called many time in customer care and everyone just told you have to wait. They didnt know about the status of order and complaint number history every time they ask whats the issue. Very much frustrated service. I suggest never go for it. Cheater
The most untrustworthy site ever, product is not checked well before dispatch part was missing, invoice is missing in the shippment. Utter carelessness from their end, up on that they had an audacity to refuse the return pick up stating that the images are not clear, they are fooling people. I would rate them the least. Amazon ajio myntra are way better than these bloody b... s. Who are just minting money. Their firm will be thrown to dogs very soon.
They have the Worst support team and they always deliver your package late. Its like they are habitual of doing late deliveries. Their team have no idea and never an update on your order..
I have never received delivery for my pre paid order. These guys shown me some fake documents. Never got right support from the customer support.

I had received the tester Lakme Eyeliner, they had initiated return its more than 3 months no refund.
