Customer care executives won't be of any help to you so beware of making a purchase. I have received an unsealed skincare product as well which I'm still unable to return. When you'll ask them to provide a replacement/refund, they'll just ask you to take 200 rupees as a coupon. This is a classic PR strategy. Since the coupon code will be applicable to your Nykaa account, you'll have to shop from there again which will only profit them. If you receive another bad product, this cycle will continue.

So, I suggest you think and read the reviews before you spend your hard earned money on such a website.

Very pathetic service. Refund process is very slow over a month or more. Not humble for its customer concerns. Lots of efforts and time wasting by taking order related concerns if it is purchasing or return. Refund can't get without customer's complaint. Never spend money in Nykaa wallet or gift card. Very poor service and not reliable. Technical issues in the app, lots of bugs and system issues. Because of this customers have to suffer and because of their issues they don't consider customer's concern. Very poor and disappointing service for me. Someone can get surely Pissed by calling to its customer care if Have any concern. Frequent changes in offers and discounts. So, have to wait for long time. Not satisfied with the app. Surely, I m gonna to use another app and avoid purchasing from Nykaa. Also never recommend to anyone.

The product quality itself is really good. Ive been using the same toner for a long time now(used to buy it off Amazon), and my sensitive skin loves it.
Now the main issue js is tge pathetic nykaa after sale service. This was my first time ordering this particular product from nykaa and it came it a horrible condition. The outer packaging was all wrinkled and the bottle of the toner was scratched from outside. It was pretty evident that it was mishandled. The opening of the bottle is supposed to have a tiny silver seal to cover it's top, which this bottle was missing.
So i reached out to the customer care and shared the photos, to her credit, the customer service executive was very cooperative and polite, but the nykaa team wouldnt accept their fault and exchange. They kept arguing that this is how the bottle was supplied to us and we sent it to you as it is, so we are not at fault here. I mean really? Isn't the whole point of this website providing GOOD QUALITY products directly from the manufacturers. If they aren't willing to take responsibility for the quality, what role do they have then? Just cataloguing? If so, then STOP MARKETING YOUR PLATFORM AS A QUALITY SERVICE PROVIDER.

And they had the nerve to tell me that they would help me out if in case my SKIN HAPPENS TO REACT OR BREAK OUT ON ACCOUNT OF TE PRODUCT BEING CONTAMINATED.
Pathetic policies, terrible service. Wasted my money in an attempt to save money(since amazon sells the same product for around 2200).

I purchased 3 products with order id NYK-************** and bill amount of 1578 which was prepaid.
I received a damage product worth 639 and for 1 week they kept me on loop to wait for 72 hrs, dropping calls in between and not providing any assistance. I kept on hearing same answer to wait for 72 hrs. Then after a lot of esclations their supervisior ( which they always say is busy in another call and will call back however this never happens) ensured to look into matter and after a week I received a mail of product unavailablity and ask if i want refund. When I agreed on refund they ask me on 31 aug 2020 to wait for 48 hrs then they will initiate refund (not sure why now they need another 48hrs for this) now after 48 hrs i am getting same answer to wait another 48hrs and then also we are not sure we will initiate thats what i get in response. On top of that when asked refund amount they told they will not refund tax part and only product part will be refunded for 639.
Never purchase from their site it is so disappointing and their customer executives surely gonna take them down with such services. Will drop another review with all chats, mails and product screenshots and to show how they respond every other day with same answers

It's pathetic and too tooo bad. My experience with Nykaa is worst, according to me it's the most unreliable and unprofessional site one can ever come across. They are zero when it comes to customer satisfaction.
I have ordered products worth Rs. 5000 from Nykaa and they have delivered me those In such a bad packaging and quality of those was not Up to the mark the products were first copy not original.
I would never recommend to but any product from this site.

I have ordered from Nykaa and received all wrong products, without wasting a minute I tried to find a way to return the product from Nykaa App but failed to do so.So I sent the email to support team and sent the pictures of the product and invoice. Without resolving the issue they sent me an email that your ticket has been closed. I tried calling customer care, every day they say please give us an hour time and our supervior will call you.Its been ten days and i am calling customer care everyday and they do fake promise everyday.

I have paid Rs 1571, a small amount but for me its a hard earn money and because of somone else mistake I lost my money. I never asked for money refund, just to send the right products or to refund the amount on Nykaa wallet for me to reorder. It is a shame that Nykaa team just ignored this problem. I lost my money but also lost trust in Nykaa too.

I had the worst ever experience shopping with Nykaa. My product has not been received even after 1 month of order and too for a delivery in Mumbai. The customer service is pathetic. They just keep saying that the order is confirmed or confirmed by Brand. Additionally now it has become an easy excuse that the delay is due to Corona pandemic. I have used other providers like Myntra, Flipkart and Amazon and the service is absolutely normal. The shipments are delivered in maximum of two weeks. In my opinion I would ask to be careful and stay away form Nykaa.
