I am trying to cancel the booking but there is no link in the e-email or in the site.

I wish you were more human and speed up the refund process. 50 USD might be notjing but I like my funds to stay with me.

The original quote was $58.00. Your company should not change the price after you put it on-line for a different price! That is called a scam. To imply that I am not smart enough to understand taxes and fees is just emplorable! This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with when booking a hotel! Cheaper is definitely not better in this case! My review of your company will say as much. Not to be trusted!
