Just booked my third booking using the Nustay for next year because of the things around. Exceptional customer service. I wouldn't book anywhere else. You wouldn't be disappointed.

I am not one unhappy as the whole world is affected by Covid which prevents us from being at the Hotel. Appreciate you confirmed a refund pending to me.

I paid for this hotel booking in February 2020 and through no fault of my own (Covid 19) the booking should be cancelled. At first I thought that your advice to contact you 7 days before the travel date was a trick but I followed and was refunded.
