This was the first time he replaced my wood stove pipe myself. I was very nervous for first time because I don't know which parts are the right ones to order and Norhline has excellent videos showing the parts you need.

I ordered three items. I did not know they were on back order until I placed the order. I received one item three weeks later, which turned out to be the wrong item, and had to pay the postage to send it back and without notice the other two items were canceled because the backlog took too long. Turned around and order them from the Home Depot and got them three days later.
Staff was good to work with. Haven't installed the product yet but it appears to be good quality.
I do plan on ordering more from this company.

They had all the materials in stock and delivered them quickly. They were able to provide design help through their chimney builder program and answered a question about one of there products without hesitation. I would buy from them again.
Prior to ordering I ordered 1 chimney pipe from Amazon it came in crushed, not dented crushed. Sent that pipe back and tried another, that one came in with the top smashed. Sent that pipe back, came to north line and placed an order hoping for the best. The pipe came nicely packed and not damaged. Cheaper is not always better!
The website catagory had two differnt systems of exhaust pipe to choose from. It was a bit confusing trying to order items and keeping the items part of the same system. This messed up my original order.

Ordered gas heater with optional fan and the heater showed up bent and without a fan. I called the company and they did promptly send me a fan which was also bent on arrival. The heater does work well but the fan is almost useless and noisy. Definitely would not recommend it I just run the ceiling fan

Shipping was fast. The product had some dents at the corners but as it is not a decorative but utilitarian item we pressed on. We installed it and it fit well.
Was having trouble figuring out what exactly I needed for a new chimney install. Called and left a message, in a very short amount of time I received a call back and they helped me determine what I needed and placed the order for me
I ordered a lifetime fireplace grate for my new home. After reading the documentation on my fireplace, I found out that it recommends no grate. So I set up what I thought was an easy return. I scanned the return label and dropped off the grate (in the unopened, orginal packing) at the post office. Northline express charged me a restocking fee and charged me a return fee on shipping. Not impressed.
