The crew at Northline was very helpful in figuring out the parts needed for our unique stove installation. Unfortunately each length of chimney pipe was dented from shipping I presume. I had no choice but to use them as is since I couldn't wait for returns.
I was disappointed in paying an extra $310 for expedited shipping, but didn't receive the order when promised. I could have just gotten free shipping and still would have received the order on the same day. Northline express wouldn't refund my money for shipping
Wanted to replace the fireplace broom. This was the only sight I found that had what I wanted. The shipping was fast and the broom was exactly what I was looking for. I hope it lasts for a couple of winters. It's a gift and they will be using it faithfully.
I bought some black pellet stove pipe and it arrived on time in great packaging. This stuff isn't cheap but there wasn't a scratch on it. It fit together perfectly.
