For the most part everything was shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time. Some of the early order processing communication was a bit confusing. I received an e-mail stating two items were on backorder but after reaching out to the company they were able to find those products factory direct and ship direct. Ironically the part of the order that took the longest was the one that was being processed by Northline Express' warehouse in Pennsylvania. Seemed like it took over a week just to fill the order, whereas the "backorder items" shipped within a few days. But overall the experience was good as long as you aren't in a big hurry to get the product.
Placing order was fine as this was a gift. Some of the items were melted. Packaging could have been better.
It was easy to navigate their site and purchase. We had a difficult part to find which Northline ultimately ended up not carrying. We had to return our first purchase and they were helpful with that process. They tried to help us with figuring out what we needed over the phone numerous times.

Everything went well. When I received and opened the box, I knew there is a high chance of a problem. It was just a pipe in a box with little to no padding. The mounting end of the pipe was bent and out of round and the side of the pipe has a big dent. With the price of the pipe, I expected more core to ensure the product would arrive undamaged. I thought about contacting support but all that would happen at most is take a chance on receiving another in the same shape. It's like buying a new car and when you go to pick it up, it's wrecked.

I was emailed twice about measuring the I.D. of fireplace. They wanted to be sure I measured properly. She coached me through the process and requested pictures. That's going the distance for your customer, a rare quality these days. Product came yesterday and installer said it will fit perfectly; not to mention it is gorgeous and very well made.

It was easy to find the hearth rug I wanted. All aspects of the experience went well: shopping, payment, and shipping.
Needed a double wall telescopic pipe and adapters to hook up to my new stove. Had trouble finding one piece so I called and was helped immediately. Fast shipping and good prices!
