I first went to a big box store for the parts I needed for a new through the roof installation. The individual who "claimed to be the go to guy for this stuff" sent me home missing (3) parts. I did some research and found Northline...the female who helped me had the patience AND the knowlege to get me straightened out and purchase the correct parts I needed. Would definately do business with them again.
Very nicely made product. Does not put out the heat they claim and fan is so loud you can't stay in the room while it's running. Horrible customer service very hard to get in touch with and don't try to help satisfy your concerns.

The prices on some things were good, not so good on others. The search was simple and worked well and ordering was easy. There seemed to be an incorrect link in my tracking email, but I was able to track everything eventually and got all my parts when they said I would.
