The order process was easy to follow, and the parts arrived fairly quickly. I would like to recommend that NE has the word "FRAGILE" printed on the shipping cartons. Although the DuraTech pipe is ruggedly built, it isn't indestructible. The tee was shipped separately in its' own box and must have been tossed around a bit. The carton was squashed, resulting in the mating ends being folded over and the inner jacket shifted enough that the insulation mat is hanging out. The good-sized dent on the side that will be seen from the street, doesn't serve as a good advertisement for NE however. I'm hoping to be able to repair the damages without having to order a replacement. We'll see. I don't hold NE responsible for the damages, it's not their fault, it most likely happened during shipping.

I ordered, was canceled by "on line" due to back order. Now, back on site & I want it for Christmas. Less than 2 weeks & reorder is time consuming. I ready to wait on backorder if necessary. Site is great otherwise!

This grate replaced a cheaper unit that basically burned up over many years. It is very well designed and built - heavy duty with tall tines that prevent burning logs from falling off the back of it. We love it!

Great service support! Would have given5 stars but they had me purchase wrong exterior pipe and although return was handled efficiently, it delayed wood stove operations by over a week for product shipping, etc. Would definitely order from them again!
