Can't review the products because I didn't end up needing them. I contacted customer service and they were supposed to email instructions a week ago on how to return the product and they still haven't yet. So customer service is bad.

I've been doing business with Norhline Express for a long time now. Wood stove everything! And if you ever have a problem or just a question, the representatives are so nice and informative. I actually was on the phone for almost an hour with customer service when I first moved from the city to the country a little over 10 years ago and wanted to heat with wood but didn't have a clue what I was doing. She literally walked me through the process of installation and what pipes to get according to measurements through wall, ceiling etc. Keep up the good work and you've got a customer for life.
I have had a hard time finding Dan-O seasoning. Amazon is very expensive. Your price was reasonable.

A very helpful tool when cleaning ashes and coal out of a wood stove. Saves a lot of coals and time.
They had the parts to adapt my new stove to the old pipe
