I ordered a 24" in by mistake. I have called several times to return it and no response. I did order the 28" then and that is fine. I wish someone would call so I can send the 24 " back. Very frustrating.p
I paid a premium for shipping to receive the piping several days earlier than estimated for free delivery. Most of the order arrived a day later than promised, which I could live with, but they split the order and sent one adapter by another shipper, delaying my job a full week. Customer service was rude and blamed me for their screwup. Decent pricing, but don't bother paying any shipping premium with these guys. They won't refund me, but they cost me a lot more than the shipping.

It was easy to find what I was looking for... before finding the NorthlineExpress website, I already had the part numbers I was looking for, and just plugging them into the search bar brought them right up. The prices were much better than any of the other sites I visited, (I had actually built a little spreadsheet to compare prices among 4 different vendors), and Northline beat the others hands down. For my entire order, I saved over $200 compared to one other vendor, and it was half the cost of buying from the store that sold me the new stove. I only compared vendors that offered free shipping. The shipping came from 2 different locations, but everything was here in about a week, which, considering the weather conditions and delays nationwide, I thought was very good. I had no need to rush, I'm not going to be able to install right away anyway until the weather clears some, so a week was nothing. Another big plus was the pipe and components all arrived very well packed, with absolutely no shipping damage. The weather here has not allowed me to get the new stove installed yet, but the pipe is a brand name, (Duravent), so I expect no problems with the quality. This company is definitely on my "go to" list for any future purchases.

I purchased Duravent DVL stove pipe from Northline. I found the prices to be reasonable and customer support videos to be helpful for a DIY installation.

Ordering was easy. Transit time was average.
Ash dump door was the right size (larger footprint compared to the cast iron competitors) and made out of sturdy metal, (not cast iron) need to see if will hold up under temperatures of the fireplace.
I received my spray paint only to find that all of the tips were unoperable(plugged). I had to use tips off of old cans to use my paint.
I ordered the chimney chase flashing with a 16" opening but when I received it the opening was more like 22". I had to make it work due to rain and now have to find a wider storm collar to compensate for the oversized hole. I expected more from a flashing that cost me $500.
