Pretty easy to use website. Good prices. Shipping to Alaska is what it is. We get used to it.
Purchased an item on their website which was in stock at the time. I received an email back saying that they were out of stock and if there was a sku that I would like to use instead. This was fine enough customer service (they could have sent me links to simliar products). I sent them a SKU. Then waited. And waited. Then I sent them a few more emails asking about any updates. Then they finally sent an email back saying they are cancelling the order (with no cancellation email/verfication). No help, no follow up. Do not purchase from these hacks.
This was the second chimney project I did with Northline. I have another one coming in two months. I have spent thousands of dollars on chimney equipment. The first representative I worked with on the second project was lazy AF. He could've ordered the parts I needed while we were on the phone, but he chose to send me an email list of parts I need to order. In the translation I got two of the part numbers wrong. Northline takes no responsibilityAnd I have to send the parts back at my expense. Even after I have Subsequently bought the correct parts from them. They put profit over loyalty. Think twice about ordering from Northline. My third chimney project I will not use them. Amazon is quicker and cheaper. Just corporate greed!

Overall good, instructions are easy to read and understand. The twist on connection design of the branch T to T support was was not placed correctly i.was not able to square the T in relation to the support after twist locking. But the connection clamp joins the two parts.
