I did the chimney configuration tool, and it did not account for my corrugated metal roof. They sent me a aluminum flashing that they had literally bent/rolled the sides up so they could stuff it into a box. On top of that it cost $165 when all I needed was a high temperature $100 boot that was made for my roof type. I also ran into some issues with connecting my chimney pipe to the stove pipe with what was provided, so I wrote customer service. It's been nearly a week without a response so it is a little frustrating. I get it, they can't make up for distributors mistakes but at least write me back. On the good side of things they have quick shipping and their prices aren't completely outrageous, just a little outrageous. If I had to do it again, I'd do more research and figure it out on my own than trust a configuration tool or a company to help you with their product.

Sent wrong thimble for through the wall stove pipe. Its 8 inch instead of 6 inch inside diameter. Yet box says 6 inch.

I think the products are solid, good. But something about the shipping leaves me wondering. All three of my shipments came damaged, dented, etc. In investigating the packing it was no wonder. My first shipment is being handled in some form of recompense, but the last two, as less significant damage occurred, renders my interest for jumping through the proverbial hoops not worth the effort.
Point: you all need to manage your shipping contracts better.
