I unpacked my order, very excited to use it!
However when I called customer support to glean additional information I was on hold for 15-20 minutes only to be connected with a representative WHO COULD ONLY READ THE PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
To me.
The product seems to be all things promised
However customer service leaves much to be desired
I will not be reordering from north line

Chimney Pipe improperly manufactured threads and would properly connect.

Received my part and it was damaged worked with Katey in customer service. After sending pictures I was told that the vendor would be notified. Three days later new part was delivered at no cost or shipping cost. I will order from them again. Katey in the service department was a pleasure to work with.

Everything went well installed the pipe today, I appreciate receiving my chimney pipe quickly

Overall pleasant purchase items arrive quickly. Despite it seeming to be suitable packaging, two of the expensive pipes were damaged but still usable and for the hassle of sending them back from my rural location was not worth it

I am very pleased with my order from NorthlineExpress. The item I ordered arrived very quickly and was reasonably priced. I am 100% happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

I installed a wood burning stove in my mobile home. Given that this is the first time for me to do this and the complex requirements of installing in a mobile home, I was intimidated with the project. Northline helped so much the whole way with easy searching on the site, all information I needed, and really helpful instructional videos.

Ordering was simple and my product was shipped quickly. No problems or issues.

Paid for item on 9/27 and received a notice that it shipped on 9/29. A label was created but it was never shipped. Somehow the transaction was transferred to online sales to whom I sent an inquiry. Within 24 hrs.(but two weeks after payment) I received a refund authorization notice. Their customer service said they tried to contact me about shipping by email, untrue. They also said that my landline telephone number was out of service, also a lie.

Very easy to do business with,, assembly not that hard

Nothing special about what I ordered, but I had to pay $104.75 in shipping for a few lightweight items because they would not ship USPS. They put the wrong shipping Zip code on the labels, One box actually made it to my post office. It was delivered Oct 4th, but the other, with a 3" x 36" pipe, went to the wrong USPS station. USPS tracking says it arrived at the WRONG facility just today and they have forwarded it. I have yet to recieve it! They got the billing address right and I always choose "Billing is the same as shipping address", So they changed it. Not impressed!
