I was happy with the fast delivery of the 2 cans of paint purchases. Now I get flooded with too many emails every single day.! Or 2 adds a week is sufficient. If the do not stop sending so many emails I will block thier website! And will go elsewhere to buy!

Ordering was easy due in great part to the sales person's knowledge. Shipping went quickly. The only drawback was an email that stated a majority of the products were back ordered, possibly delayed a month. Turns out after several calls,the email is part of systems that incorrectly notice the customer. If I hadn't gotten that email I wouldn't have wasted your company's time explaining it.everything turned out great, just a little discomfort thinking most of my order would be delayed a month

It came within a reasonable amount of time and did exactly what it was supposed to do.
Due to the material used I wouldn't expect it to last 10 years at best, more likely it would be between 5-10 years. Photo's weren't provided as they would not show the difference between original and replacement parts. Would require a micrometer to measure the gauge or thickness of the metal used. Also, there is a total of 12 stand-offs that center the inner pipe to the outer pipe. Of these 12,2 stand-offs were attached to the exterior pipe. I had to drill and rivet the stand offs. Shipping is also a concern due to the light gauge of material used to assemble the pipe/chimney. Products were dented (either by shipping or supplier) Shipping containers/boxes were dented/damaged indicating shipper damage.

Products are good. Had to return some damaged in the mail which is still an ongoing situation. My only complaint is ordering items, paying for them, and then being told they are on back order. That throws a wrench into completing a project. Customer service people are helpful and pleasant.
