The purchase wasn't bad but the trucking company they use is terrible. They scheduled my delivery a week in advance for October 5 and I received an email that morning that my purchase was out for delivery and I would get it that day. I waited at home all day long and never received my purchase or a lousy phone call from the company to tell me it wasn't coming, (management at its finest). The next day I got an email that my delivery was coming, only problem was I had an appointment scheduled for two months for a doctors appointment.The only bright spot in all of this was the truck driver was a real human being and put my items in the garage for my wife, (HE SHOULD PROMOTED TO CEO). I bet he would do a better job. Northline Express gets a one star for using such a bad delivery company.

I had to buy a flat wire brush larger than my chimney & cut it down to my chimney size. I wish there was a larger selection of sizes.

I ordered a bellows made by Johnny Beard, a respected craftsman located in the US.

What I received was a "Made in China" bellows. The SKU number matched and was confirmed by Northline Express as being the correct item. The price I paid was also in line with a Johnny Beard bellows, not the cheap imitation I received.

I have sent it back and am waiting for a refund. If customer service refunds my payment soon and without further question I will give them a passing grade. The web page ad was a complete disaster, though I cannot tell at this point if it was an honest mistake or not. It still qualifies as false advertising as the image and description did not match the inferior product delivered.

Best deal on items I was searching for. Pictures didn't exaggerate items bought.

I purchased two of their Shelter Logic outdoor shelter garages for winter use and storing my boat in one and my side by side in the other. They assembled pretty easy, had a couple of buddies help, they look great, and will protect my toys.

Sent the installers home. Because I never received the 60 inch pipe. They are charging me extra for another service call. You guys should have told me there was a delay in shipping. Or sub for other lengths. Discount or whatever.

Northline Express was great to work with. I described what I needed and Jason helped me with everything. I ordered everything and it arrived fast. I had surgery and couldn't install it yet. I will give another review when I do and maybe with pictures.
