This was the first time I used NorthlineExpress.com and I had very good experience. I was able to order everything I needed to install a wood stove in my barn. I was not in a hurry for my order but the last of the parts came 3 days earlier than predicted.

I think this grate will last a very long time. This grate seems to be well constructed and made from quality material.

I've seen products labeled "USA Made" that other legitimate stores carry and state "imported" or "China". Doesn't get any worse than that folks. Called them out. No reply. See example photo attached.

NLE website said "ships in 1-2 business days". Saw in other reviews that this is a common NLE "lie". From their own tracking, it shipped almost 8 days after the order. DON'T LIE! Just say ships in 7-10 days and I still would have bought. Will not buy anything in the future from these bozos.

After waiting a few days with item not shipping I looked at Home Depot who had the same item $15 less. I tried to call and see if they price match or even to see when my order would ship. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes with a very irritating hold system. Product is what I expected but the hold on the phone system is terrible.

New company took over and is the worst customer service. My order had not been shipped after 4 days even though website states shipping in 1 to 2 days. I tried to contact store and on hold for over 29 nin. Before been cut off. Am hoping I will actually get what I ordered sometime this year. Do not order from this company.

The fireplace paint came well packaged, and in a timely fashion. I was able to pick a color other than black. Pleased all around

For us it went together well. It fits right, thanks to the emailing back and forth for the measurements. It came quicker than expected. The only thing I wish that would change is the cement to come in a tube instead of a bottle so you could get more out of it.
