I just wanted to update my previous review. We have received a shipping date for our chimney pipe, but it is still awhile away. They have reached out to us and apologized and said they will correct their website to reflect that it is not necessarily an in stock item. I just hope they do that so other people do not have the similar problem of ordering something listed as in stock and then having to wait a much longer time than they were quoted. They seem genuinely apologetic so I did want to say that, but it took multiple phone calls to get help. I have never been told "I don't know" so many times when asking questions. We built a new home and were hoping to get our stove installed before winter. That is why we were a little late ordering the chimney pipe than we would have liked. We will just plug in our electric heaters for a bit and hope for a warm fall. I guess the lesson learned is call before you order chimney pipe online to make sure it is in stock to avoid this problem.

Ordered paint for my wood stove that was rusted. Used the prep paint after cleaning off the rust. Then used Stove Bright High Temp paint Sand and Sky Blue on the stove. Turned out great!

I purchased a Lifetime fireplace grate for Christmas, but haven't used it yet. I'm hoping that it does what they say. It looks pretty darned durable to me though! I ordered late on the 17th, and received it on the 24th, so I feel like that was pretty good on the shipping.
I'm impressed with the design and build. I'm using this set for a wood stove and is nice. Also it takes up minimal space. One of the prongs that holds the toolz was bent lower so it had to be a adjusted. Good price, sturdy I would recommend.

All things stove and fireplace, and more. Great selection, good quality products, efficient service. What more can you ask for? My first impression is VERY favorable.
This product is a great idea but it just doesn't have much power. I have a seven tube unit and it barely has any air flow. I was expecting way more volume from a unit that advertises 80,000 but. I will probably look into getting a different blower and modifying it to work, but for almost $1000 I shouldn't have to.

I ordered my whole chimney from them *******$ I had to email them over 6 times about my order every time I asked where my items were they would ship out 1 piece at a time the last piece I needed the adapter I called I email I web chatted the only answers I got was were sending it soon soon soon, 3 weeks later still soon I canceled what was left they just strung me along instead of telling me hay sorry we don't have it in stock. Don't waste your time I never had to beg a company to take my money and ship my stuff
