I ordered two necklaces on April 7th was told that it was shipped and I would receive them on the 11th. Currently it's still in transit so now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund.
I purchased shoes on April 12 and two weeks later have yet to receive them. The shoes were shipped via FedEx and initially showed delayed. FedEx reps have stated that Nordstrom Rack should file a claim, however, this has been met with resistance from NR. It matters not whose fault it is, especially after two weeks. This needs resolution and this is totally unacceptable handling of this issue, file the claim.
As someone who wears a size 4 shoe, Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack are my go to but this has left me baffled, and hesitant to purchase from them for a while.
I will avoid ordering from the app. Has they do not update the website with the proper inventory. I unfortunately had first order cálcenles called and was disconnected but was left with knowing the system is updated. I willing on my own ordered the second pair 2 days later. Cancelled again. To no compensation for wasting my time.
I was buying a Chanel perfume, while a worker there Told my daughter she can't stay there bc her aspects, I found it very racist! Be aware of the racist I did put a picture of her!
Two of my last three orders from Nordstrom Rack were not delivered. The tracking indicated that they were delivered, but they weren't. So far I have been refunded for one of the orders. I'm giving the most recent order a few days extra time to arrive, (although I doubt if it will) before I ask for a refund.
The goal here is not to get a refund but to get the products that have been ordered. Somehow they're having problems getting that done. I can no longer depend on receiving items I order. Maybe it's their delivery service (CDL), maybe there are some internal issues. I don't know what the problem is,
But what I do know is that I no longer trust this establishment. On the other hand, I've had no issues with the regular Nordstrom.
A delivery estimate is created, however, that is in no way the reality. Just makes you feel like something is on the way, when nothing actually is.
At least the 1 item they shipped Fedex will come on the date Fedex says.
I gets things from China faster than I get things from here. And in the end, I need to return some stuff and still have to pay return shipping.

You only get 40 days to return it for a full refund from the DATE OF PURCHASE, not date of DELIVERY. That's right. The clock starts ticking before you even receive the package.
Believe it folks, Nordstrom delivered a worn, stained, filthy, and smelly garment with no tags or belt to our house and had the audacity to tell me that there's nothing they can do to remedy the situation. I requested to speak with a customer care specialist at the corporate office, a female supervisor put me on hold for more 30 minutes and never to the phone. This garment smelled of cigarette smoke, has damage markings on it from being worn severally and has yellow stains on it, as well. By exposing us to the cigarette smoke, the safety of my household was jeopardized by Nordstrom's negligence. I have continued to sneeze nonstop since this lethal bomb was detnanated in our family room on the eve of 3/27/23. Per Nordstrom supervisors on 3/28/23, I am required to drive to the post office or a local rack store which is about 20/25 minutes away from us and return their piece of disease infested garment back to Nordstrom rack. If they choose to mail it, then I'll have to wait for several weeks for it to make it to their warehouse and my account will not be credited during the waiting phase. Customer service was unable to tell me how they could've shipped this atomic bomb called a faux leather shirt to our home knowing that all of humanity is terrorized by viruses and bacteria at this present time. It's deplorable to say the least and I am highly dissatisfied and appalled with Nordstrom rack.com employees lack of empathy and inability to be of assistance.
Bought two expensive sweatshirts online. Came in box with small packing slip, folded in half, with just the two items listed. Didn't fit. Busy traveling for work so did not have a chance to return for about 60 days. When my wife took them to a store to return them, because I was again out of town, they said the purchase was too old for them to accept them, as there is a 30 day deadline for returns. Turns out the policy was printed on the back of the packing slip, in very light and small print, which was not visible because it was on the inside of the fold. Called customer service, and all they did was repeat that they could not issue a return label for purchases outside of the time limit. What a scam.
I used to make purchases using the free ship to store option. I am extremely disappointed to see the new policy is the purchase must be $89 or greater to get free ship to store. This is the same spending threshold to get free shipping to home! Why would anyone now choose ship to store when they can just ship it to home using the same "minimum spend threshold"? Does this company not realize that many customers will shop in store once they are there picking up their order (thereby generating more sales)? This is extremely poor decision making by management and corporate executives. Nordstrom Rack just lost me as a customer!
This is a good company! It has good fashion. It has interesting items. It has good prices. It is affordable.
Just bought garments online, and for sizing concerns I tried to return the items, to sum it up I had to call the store and had a real discussion with the manager of the Palm Beach outlet Nordstrom.
My Wife attempted twice to return items just purchased, never worn, Very bad service, they do not appreciate customers returning merchandise.
I ordered and paid for a red Steve Madden overnight bag. I received an email asking me to review the item, however, I never received it and never received an email stating it had been delivered. I sent 8 emails asking for this to be investigated and please send me what I had paid for. I never received a response from anyone and never got the bag nor a refund for what I had paid for. I have given them hundreds of dollars of business but never again. I now warn everyone about ordering from them.
I am a loyal Nordstroms rack customer. They recently changed their return policy that they did not publish clearly. Store returns changed from 30 days to 45 days. I tried to return items not fitting to the store after 40 days and my return was denied. I called customer service and 'unfortunately there is nothing we can do' was the answer. Company must be doing well, as they are willing to lose a customer for a small return of $150. I spend significant amount of money at Nordstroms rack every year! Sorry, I DID SPEND. Good that there are other great places to shop at the marketplace.
I got so ripped off by Nordstrom rack- items cancelled- I don't know anything about it until I went to find out where my items were! Shipping for the rack is fraud- but from Nordstrom on line - free shipping but Nordstrom's crack- unreasonable cost! Will never do business with them again- and by the way - keep my refund that was cancelled and I never received a refund- bastards!
I am a cardholder with nordstrom and have been a long time buyer at both nordstrom and nordstrom rack. Just the last year or so I have noticed the quality of items at nordstrom rack has gone down significantly. I have returned more in the last year than I have ever had to. Things are not described accurately and often not photographed accurately. Very disappointed. Just received a pair of shoes today for $100 they looked so cheap and flimsy I was embarrassed to wear them though they fit just fine. I am sending them back but unfortunately returns are taking About 6 weeks to even reach the warehouse this year with every single one of my returns. It takes another 10 to 14 days to process the return. That's just completely unacceptable!
Unfortunately my recent experiences with customer service has been unsatisfactory as well.
"Final Sale" is just that. Even if merchandise is defect you are stuck with item. Sole off boot after a few wears, sneakers where stitching gave way within a short time. You own it. Bad customer deal.

I purchased a gift for Christmas for my wife. It was damaged and paid $9.95 for shipping. It didn't work and actually ruined two bottles of wine as it was a wine bottle opener and actually pushed the cord into the bottle. So I goto return the item and they want to charge me an additional $9.95 to ship a damaged item back. So I pay to return an item and I only get $17 of the $40 I originally paid with no product. This is pathetic customer service and standing behind the product you sell.
Answer: Yes, they canceled my order, then still charged me for it.
Answer: It took roughly 2 to 3 weeks to process my order. I placed a similar order with a different company and received the items by the end of the same week.
