When I returned a product I wanted yo switch the size. But they did not have those in stock anymore. Other than that, Nordstrom has great customer service and they do help.

Wanted to give Nordstroms a great big THANK YOU for getting the gift certificate out to my sister in 2 days. It was wrapped in a box with a big ribbon and she was sooooo surprized. We live 1,000 miles apart and I really appreciated the expert service and classey packaging.

Just FYI, from what I remember, Nordstrom began as a shoe store, and would meet your needs, whatever they may be. They will sell one shoe to anyone with only one foot, or sell shoes of two very disparate sizes to someone who may have two feet of very different sizes, to this day.

This company is the best at customer service both in the store and on the web. They have a reputation and seem to never fail at taking care of clients. Will use them and refer others to them. Their quality is excellent, a little on the high side of prices, but their return policy is excellent and easy.

I cannot recommend another company more. Nordstrom has the best customer service ever. It's late and you wanted that color/size but it suddenly went out of stock? Try their online chat (they're up until 1amish I think) and you'll find the sweetest, most helpful people who will search stores for what you're looking for or recommend you alternatives. I've talked to them a few times because if there's one thing that I don't like about them, it's that they tend to stock items rarely and if it goes out of stock, it will FAST and for months. They also don't have coupons, only discounts but the quality of things they carry and the customer service more than makes up. They have reliable free shipping and free returns. They have a good return policy! (It's almost "none" but I hate the abuse of stores like this because there is no Nordstrom near me and I pretty much have to order online and go by reviews).
I also have to recommend them for sometimes unique items that aren't available elsewhere (scarves, jewelry, etc).

I luvvvv my sales associate experience/not only did she have a great sense of humor/she also had agreat scent of fragrance. I was in perfume heaven/i could shop for my favorite scents all night o the telephone with her, but we both knew i had t give it up and let her go. I just hate going to the mall, but love the quality of the merchandise (especially shoes!) at Nordstrom. So I adore their online shopping experience. And if you have to send anything back it's no problem. Or you can take it back to a brick and mortar Nordstrom no questions asked. Great merchandise and 5 star service.

You can find great deals under "sale"! Free and fast shipping and free returns with quick refunds if items don't fit. It doesn't get any better than this! Items are always great quality and true to the description. I've only ever returned 1 piece and the customer service representative was terrific. Nordstrom.com is really my favorite online store for clothing!

In terms of shopping, Nordstrom is my top favorite website. Free shipping everyday and free return everyday! What more can you ask for? They have fantastic merchandise and great customer service!

Never had an issue with nordstrom online or in store. In 11 years of shopping with them online I have never had an issue. The best sales ever... when they have a sale. Fantastic selection of items and super well trained customer service. Prompt shipping, but I will say online is very competitive as items can be sold out of your cart. Pick it and order it quick to be assured of receiving- but I think they may have work this out- just be quick in case. Love the chat feature which helps with sizing and complete product detail. Nordstrom is one of the best stores ever!

Love their new policy of free shipping and returns with no minimum. They have good sales and great customer service. If anything is wrong they make sure it's taken care of to your satisfaction. Definitely my favorite department store to shop on-line and in-person.

I save a lot of money by going to the bottom of the first page and clicking on "Nordstrom Rack" which takes you to their outlet (they make it hard to get to) -- where often the clothes are out of season and 60% are more off regular price. When ordering from Nordstrom Rack, let's say I order 4 pairs of jeans, often they will be shipped from 4 different locations, but eventually all get there and come in nice boxes. Always check THE RACK first! This company charges sales tax as they have a presence in every state.
