It is so nice to have a great store, with great customer service and products-always reliable.
I discovered Nordstroms when we were given a gift from a store in another state.
We did not have a Nordstroms in our state at that time.
So, the box, with never worn, still tagged clothes, sat on a shelf, and 5 years later, a Nordstrms came to town.
I had heard about their return policy, so, I thought it never hurts to ask.
And, they took the clothes back!
My next great experience was shopping for shoes-I was trying some Jimmy Choos-very expensive.
I loved them, but they were a bit snug.
I asked the salesman (who knew me by now) about having them stretched.
He said he would NOT like to sell me a pair of shoes, at that price, that needed to be stretched.
My next experience that "sealed the deal" was when shopping for a wedding dress with my now-daughter-in-law in the DC area.
The salesperson made it an entirely stress-free experience, unlike the 10 other shops we had visited.
And, the dress we loved turned out to be $400, not $4,000 or $14,000!
Wow-need I say more?

This is a place where the uneducated girls conglomerate together and like to think they're relevant just because they sell someone's million dollar items for them. TRUTH is they are STILL the same stereotypical sales associate, same dollar store item quality $#*! with some Estee lauder nail polish on top to try and look cute. The people and the store is ridiculous and they act as if they are above everyone and everything. They are rude, disfunctional and unprofessional and will only treat you nicely if you buy from them, their desperation is like that of peasants. I came in to compare products with the Michael kors store and they were mad I asked qurations and didn't buy anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After searching for a watch for my daughters birthday present, I found the perfect watch on Nordstromrack.com. I was super excited until to my surprise they shipped the wrong watch. After many phone calls and hours (seriously) hours on hold I was told that the watch I wanted was sold out. It wasn't until I went to social media that I was able to reach a manager. The manager said that they found the watch and they were going to send it right away. Three days after the day that they said it was going g to be delivered, I got a pair of size 12 men's shoes instead of the watch. Total joke of a company! First time shopping with them and for sure my last.

I thought finally nordstrom has decided to send my W2 so I can file my income tax. INSTEAD WORTHLESS NORDSTROM SENT ME MORE USELESS NORDSTROM LIFE INSURANCE PAPERS AND I AM AFRAID CRAPPY NORDSTROM department store from Washington WILL ABUSE ME LIKE CITIBANK DID BY CLEVER TRICKS OF OFFERING $1000.oo FREE LIFE INSURANCE AND CITI CORPORATIONS AND COHORTS USED MY SIGNATURES FROM MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNTS WITH CITIBANK
I PAID EVERY MONTH THINKING I WAS PAYING OFF 1 OR MY OTHER ACCOUNTS
WELL, CITIBANK AND THE GANGS GOT THEIR KICK$ FOR YEARS. AND I PAID CITIBANK SEVERAL THOUSANDS DOLLARS WHEN I DID NOT HAVE TOO

SO WORTHLESS PIECE OF HUMAN EXCREMENT NORDSTROM IS TRYING TO GET HIS TOO. MAYBE NORDSTROM IS USING SOME OF THE PAPERS THAT I SIGNED AS AN EMPLOYEE TO USE SHOWING THAT I SIGNED UP AND WANTED NORDSTROM TO SUCK ME DRY JUST LIKE CITIBANK DID.

Went there just to enjoy looking around. Had a lot of interesting cloths I liked. Very nice people to work with in looking for a special item. Great place.
