I have been a long-time customer of Nordstrom and was surprised to find that I had been charged twice for the same order today.
Called up customer service and spoke to a wonderful lady Barbara. I believe she must have been from the accounts department as she settled the issue with my bank straight-away.
Totally in awe of Nordstrom's staff. Barbara is indeed a valuable asset to your company and its because of people like her, I will continue to purchase from Nordstrom!
Careful is not a good service they don't tell you if is a delay on your order, you call to costumer service and they give you a diferent information any time, they pull a hold of the same amount of $$ so keep in mind you need more money available on your bank awful experience careful guys

I ordered a package, which arrived 5 weeks later (Which is waaaay to late), but at the arrival I needed to pay an extra 60 % (for handling, tax, and delivery). However Nordstrom had guaranteed me that no extra cost would be added when shipping to my country.

I've ordered from Nordstrom.com countless of times. Packages arrive on time with ample bubble wrap to protect my products. There are quite a few sales throughout the year and with their generous return policy and easily accessible customer service team, I tend to "buy first and think later." The site has a very clean interface that's easy to navigate and use. The quality and variety of clothing and beauty products are top notch. It would be nice if more of their products had more reviews but overall, I can't recommend this website enough.
This place has some of the best. I love this site can't get enough of it. I even get excited just site shopping sometimes.
The employees are very polite and professional and go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you're looking for. They also don't hover over you and ask if you need help a billion times. (this only goes for the GroveLA... the Nordstrom at the Glendale Galleria is way too pushy.
It might be a bit more than other stores, but they have free shipping & free return shipping and good service in store. Macy's is sometimes a bit more disorganized.

I have been shopping online in their plus size departments and the clothing is just top notch. Their return policy is generous as long as you leave the tags on, so I just love ordering from Nordstroms long distance from CT.

Bought a pair of sun glasses from Nordstrom last week. Because of the nose pads was not comfortable so I brought it back to exchange. Instead of asking me what they can do for me, 2 sales lady are busy to check my receipt and the credit card have used. After I told them I just want the nose pad to be readjusted, one sales lady ajusted nose pad once but still not comfortable, then she told me "idon't know what you want, this frame is large size so is heavy, there is nothing I can do." She let me speechless! Before assigned her to designated areas, does Nordstrom give any kind of training on their products to employees?

In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
