If you wanna do business with NORACORA be ready for lies, deception and fake tracking numbers. I got sucked into the great pictures as I love that style. Saw some of these clothes on Amazon so thought it was the same company only to find they stole pictures from other websites and posted as their own. Lesson learned. Ugh!

I ordered four cotton/linen tops. Obviously they define linen differently than I do. Their version is called polyester in the US. I'll never order from there again
Just confirming what everyone else has said - placed an order on May 2, payment cleared same day - have received two e-mails saying that partial orders are on the way, tracking numbers link to a site that says they have no record of them - don't expect to ever see any part of my order and from what other people have said about the quality of the clothing, that's not necessarily a bad thing. *sigh* I usually am much more careful about online shopping but was in a rush, so, lesson learned.

Wow what a scam. This company steals your money and delivers nothing. Not located in the US, so do we have any recourse? I was sent a UK tracking number that is phoney. Please heed these reviews and don't throw your money away!

There order took 6 weeks and spring is over. They dared me to send them back knowing of course that they give you no shipping address. ADvertised AS LINEN... POLY BLEND... HORRIBLE... SIZE IS NOT AMERICAN EITHER.

Descriptions were for linen and linen cotton blend that I ordered and they sent some piece of CRAP thin poly/cotton. Not up to any US standards in terms of even semi decent quality. No way to return of course.

Ordered a shirt on April 24th. Finally received it in the mail yesterday May 21st. Tracking number never worked. Emails to the company were never answered. It's not even the shirt I ordered. It looks like a faint replica but not even the same fabric. Doesn't match the picture even though the SKUs matched. It does fit so I will keep it only because I don't want the hassle and expense to return it to Hong Kong. Do not order from this company!

I ordered 8 items of clothing on the site 3 weeks ago and received an email saying i could track a partial shipment of my items but when i click to track the tracking number is not recognized. I emailed them as it is the only way to contact them and them. I have not received an email back but did get an email from paypal saying they were refunding me $22 of my $175 paid. I have no response from them. This was my first time using them and they seem to have ripped me off of my money.
As far as I know, this site may be a scam. I ordered in early April. It is the end of May and I not only do not have my order but the shipping and tracking information has not been issued. I wrote to the company multiple times and received one response that my order would ship in 5-8 days but that was over two weeks ago. The sad part is when I found the website, I was so enamored with their selection I almost wrote a positive review from the get go. I ordered $150 and was tempted to order $300 from the get go. Thank goodness I did not. Everything I ordered was for a trip next week. Not only am I currently out the funds, I need to spend the time and money to buy more clothes.

This is beyond the scope of comprehension. I placed an order in April. I have still not received my order. I have been emailing with someone called Christine who continues to assure my order will be shipped out shortly and once shipped it will be an additional 10-20 business days. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. My credit card was charge in April. I am so beside myself that I will make sure to advise everyone I know and even not know the experience I've had with your company. All media I can advertise this to alert the public will be done. There's not even a phone number where I can reach anyone from your company to express my concerns.
I've been requesting the cancelation of this order and refund to my card.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
