I ordered a dress on May 2 at which time my credit card was charged, The order was shipped May 16 (a full 2 weeks later) on a slow boat from China, No idea when I will get my item. Please note that the tracking number is partly in Chinese so this is a Chinese site that apparently does not need to follow U.S. retail laws. There is no customer support. Absolutely do not buy from this company. This is a typical pattern for Chinese companies on the internet. I bought a pair of shoes from another site and when they came six weeks later, they were not the flats I ordered but a pair of running shoes and no customer support phone number. Emails to their emails account went unanswered. I have now learned my lesson and will not buy from a website with no phone number or address listed. And I will be calling that phone number before I order to ensure they are legit.
The products were described as "Linen." When they arrived they were cotton/polyester. If you know the difference, then don't bother buying these. The photos looked chic: the products look depressing. Really depressing. Like what poor people wore during THE Depression.

I expected a "natural blend" fabric. Deceptive ad pics looked like very nice linen-like fabric. Labels say "Cotton Polyester" with no % stated. Clearly more polyester than cotton. Sizes are inconsistent. I ordered medium -- some items are too large and some are too small. Save your money. It took 2 months to receive all the items, but would have been worth the wait but for the poor quality.
Not only do you not get these clothes timely, well past 90 days is not acceptable; but the quality isn't there either after the insane wait time.

Still waiting for clothes ordered weeks ago. Demanded refund was told clothes shipped so no refund have to wait for clothes to come in and return. TOTAL RIPOFF
Clothes only partially delivered after a month of waiting. Material is handkerchief thin. Instructions say to hand wash or dry clean. The dry cleaning bill would b more than the piece of clothing is worth!
Stay away from Noracora! I ordered clothing from this site, and trusted it as legit, as they accept PayPal. However, a month after ordering, I received no tracking number, no merchandise, and no response when I emailed Noracora. Fortunately, Pay Pal was able to refund my money.
I got sandals and they smell so badly that I even could not leave them inside the house.
Wrote email to NORACORA and they told me that I should send them to China.

Noracora's clothes are terrible. They are not cotton as stated but a polyester/cotton blend.
The sizes are not USA sizes. Very small. I am a medium but ordered Large because they were toted as being cotton. Also, since I was buying summer clothes being lose fitting
Would have been ideal. Guess What! The material feels like sandpaper. The clothes run very small and are of poor quality. Your credit card is charged immediately but you have to wait and wait for your order. All made in China and send over on a slow boat.
I ordered what I thought was linen clothing. It took over a month from order date to receiving the items and I was exceedingly disappointed in the quality (cotton and polyester). The blouses did not look anything like the online photos. I will be returning everything if I can find out what the process is. There is no return address on the packing slip.

Received my "linen" clothing yesterday. Bought 5 items. Note: Linen, to these people, looks just like cotton. If there is any linen in the fabric, it is very little. Also, I ordered all XXL. I can't even get the pieces on. Don't know how they arrived at that size as XXL, but it sure looks like small/medium to me. I've looked for the return information. Nothing in the package, and no phone number to call.? Bad business!
I ordered the Daily Leather Flat Heel Summer Slippers, black, in a size 39. These are elegant leather sandals. When I put on the right sandal, I was delighted at how it looked and felt! Then I put on the left, and the part that goes over the top of my foot is almost an inch larger! There is no way I can wear them, as the left shoe just flops right off my foot. I buy shoes online all the time, and never have trouble with them fitting. This is my first and last purchase here.
I ordered a top and finally received it. A miracle! It was nothing at all like the photo and cheaply made. It arrived from a warehouse in Ontario, CA (Dept CA #42) a month after I ordered it via FedEx Smartpost. I expected it to come from UK or China or why did it take so long? I think PayPal may have had something to do with finally receiving it as I complained very early on. Shortly after PayPal stepped in early on, I received an invalid tracking number. Not a fan of the top but happy the online shopping mistake is behind me.
I received my order today and was shocked at the difference between how the clothing and shoes appear online and what you truly get. The clothes don't even deserve to be in a dollar store. Horrible quality. The material looks like someone painted on it with a stencil and added some tassels with one stitch. It is very flimsy - I am not sure it will hold up to one wash in a washing machine. The shoes are some plastic and fake leather with ribbon and pearl looking decoration held in place with what looks like fishing line stitch. PLEASE don't waste your money if you are reading this and are considering buying from Noracora.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
