I ordered a nice looking "linen" shirt (I see it is still advertised) I saw on Instagram, received it after a long wait, and found it to be a horrible thing made of polyester (the label said polyester and cotton). Very thin fabric, no style, "stovepipe" sleeves that had no shape. I tried to return it and was told I could send it back to China: here's the email: Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.
Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET ITEMS. They lie online saying it is easy to return, but once you email them, they tell you that the return is expensive back to china and you have to pay duty and you should take 15% of the amount and be happy. They are doing great marketing, but the product is cheap and you can't return it! BOYCOTT THEM.
Do not do business with NorCora. They Say they can not fine my order, never was given an email about order or number. My bank is seeing what can be done.
I received my items; does not resemble what's posted on the website. One of the blouses were not finished, they did not close the hem on the sleeves. The clothes run small in size and the material is really cheap and thin. DO NOT BE FOOLED; SCAM!
I ordered almost 4 weeks ago, received 1 item out of 4, that item was the wrong color, and the size must have been for children. I have tried to contact them through email (the only option on their website) and have received no response. I am sending the item back, at my own expense, but am hoping my protest of the charge that I filed with my credit card company might have some effect. It's too bad, because the photo's of their clothes look amazing. Don't be fooled.
Ordered a dress that was supposed to be linen, NOT! Took almost a month to get this non-linen, cheap, polyester dress. Tracking number is BOGUS! No telephone number to call. Sent an e-mail saying I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. I threatened to call the authorities. Then is when I got a return e-mail saying that they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been shipped. Checked the tracking number again. Still no such number. Another week goes by and finally got this piece of $#*!! Noracora got me for $34.95. Had the nerve to send an e-mail asking for a review. STAY AWAY

Terrible scam. They advertise not what they ship to you. I have spent $100 and now they are offering me $25 refund. I will going to file with customer protection agency.
I have filed a report with the federal trade commission about the scam perpetuating from this "company". I advise all to do the same.

I ordered 3 tops from NoraCora -- the styles on their website were cute, but two were cheaply made and didn't fit. It took 4 weeks to receive the items (after several email complaints) and when I tried to return them, they pointed out it would cost more to ship them back to China than to just keep them and pay to have them altered to fit. Amazon.com has spoiled us with its seamless delivery/returns. Do not waste your time or money with this overseas firm.
The items took 6 weeks to arrive. They are NOT linen and very cheaply made. I just sent an email asking about returns, but after reading the other reviews I doubt I'll ever get my money back. A complete waste of money and time. STAY AWAY.

I have never had such poor quality clothing from the material that they claim it's "linen" to the way it was made! The stitching was not even straight! I could've done a better job myself with my sewing machine. Too embarrassed to donate it! If I return it it will cost ore money!
I am sad. I needed some garments for this summer. I had a $150 to spend. I spent all of my summer clothing budget at Noracora. Thought I found a bargain for quality items for PLUS SIZES. I guess I will never see these. Just learned they are being processed in China. The last notice was 27 days passed shipping agreement. It appears they start making them after they get your money. Maybe? I do not know. I have not received anything. I am sad because I should have checked the sitejabber site before ordering. Sick because I feel I have been scammed.
I ordered some clothing for almost $100. One item was $29.99 and did not fit.
The return department offered me $4.50 to keep item. I said no. Then they offered me $6.00. I refused.
I later found out it costs between $24-$50 to return an item to China.
Just be EXTREMELY sure when you order online it's NOT a Chinese Co. If you may need to return. That's my view anyway.
Saw some great clothes in my large size at reasonable prices and thought great. Ordered about 300 in clothes and every piece was too small and horrible made... stiching and fabric was poor and cheaply done. No chance to return. And icing on the cake was it took 4-6 weeks to get everything. If there were negative star rating I would give it a minus 10. Keep your money or donate it to a charitable cause because this company even gives China cheap products a bad name.

No embroidery, no strings on the V neck, the fabric of the sleeves and front is not fabric, is plastic. It is so stiff it is unwearable. The size is way too small. You are a pathetic cheat. 20 days now. Can't get an email response. There is no phone number. My next step is to file fraud charges with my credit card company. Save yourself the aggravation and money. Don't buy from this company. Sure wish I had read the reviews first.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
