As everyone else has noted this is a scam company that sends shoddy clothing after weeks of delay, and won't provide information on how do a return and receive a refund. Attached to the package I received in the SHIP FROM section on the mailing label there is a street address in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Has anyone tried to mail items back to a return address to see what happens? Perhaps if the post office will accept the package as return to sender there's a case to be made with Visa that no refund was sent after the order was sent back.

Refund policy does not exist. I ordered, read a review on line and immediately cancelled my order. I also emailed to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order two weeks later when I had heard nothing and could not reach the company. Finally, 6 weeks later some items shipped. Extremely low budget rejects. I wouldn't buy at all---no quality at all, not worth the time to sew and put it together. Have downloaded the refund directions, you must pay for shipping and the address cannot be obtained until you contact through email. That didn't work over a month ago why should it work now.

Omg I just received my dress. Hold up to the lite and you could see through it. One wash or dry clean it will fall apart. This company is a scam. I order all the time with Amazon and Ebay but this is the worst. Gonna donate it. Please dont buy this cheap crap. You are better off donating your hard earned money to battered woman and homeless children. They probably have children sewing all the clothes. If you lite a match it will ignite. Also when ordering make sure it's not direct from China or you will wait and wait.

Long delivery time, garment not same color or size as shown on web site. No return address or response to 6 emails sent to them. Eventually contacted PayPal to start a claim.
Paypal came back with a return address to China, but cost of mailing would be as much as the purchase price of the garment. NoraCora or CHICV International Holdings Ltd as they trade under know this so it is a win win situation or them. Disappointed in Paypal for allowing them to use their payment service.

Do not order from this site! I ordered clothing and it came 3 sizes too small. When i asked for a refund, they said i could either return the clothing to Guangzhou, China within 15 days or they would give me a 15% refund. At this point, i wanted allll of my money. So they said they would provide a return shipping lable. After several attempts to follow up on my request, they never provided the lable. Unfortunately, the website doesn't provide an address for returning clothing. This site/company is horrible. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 items separately. And paid for them. Ran very small. I wear a L but ordered an XL due to the non stretch linen I kept them only because I'm dieting and wouldn't be long til they fit.
I had some other items in my cart to think over. In thinking they could be "off" I never purchased them. Low and behold I got an email from them saying everything is on its way. Those scammers used my CC to order this! Not to mention in their greed, they also sent thro bandana headband. My hair is TWO inches long! I emailed them that I will be refusing everything so I don't pay postage. And I already called my cc co. To report a Fraud. I wish I had read the reviews before even looking at the site!
I can't even give it one star, but this site won't accept my review w/o it.
So my one star is really a ZERO!

I just received my order today and I am HIGHLY disappointed with the product. The material is of poor quality and not the same as the pictures. Beware

I made an online purchase 4/26/19. Items arrived 5/28/19 and was the worst quality of merchandise ever seen! Shoes felt like they were made of Styrofoam. The dresses were of the cheapest polyester fabric imaginable. I believe it takes over a month to receive these cheap items because this Chinese manufacturer fills these orders as they are received from the noracora retailer, with the cheapest quality materials they can find, just to produce a product to scam the consumer. THIS IS A CRIME! With so many complaints, How are they still able to operate as an online retailer?

I have finally received two of my three items. The purple Linen Casual Top Round Neck Solid Sleeveless tank is extremely small and would maybe fit a child (see pic.) I used my measurements when ordering and it is approximately half the size of the green Short Sleeve Cotton Blend Causal Top I also received, which is NOTHING like pictured on the web site (see pic.) I don't know where the third item is, but it has not been delivered. I tried to track my order and was told that I do not have an account and that my order number is incorrect. I was also not advised that I would be charged a foreign currency fee OR that the items would be shipped via a slow boat from China. I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone. Any positive reviews are probably being submitted by the vendor.

My story is the same as everyone else:
- 1 month delivery time: I didn't realize it was coming from DIRECTLY CHINA
- Quality was horrible
- Sizing was horrible
- The clothes look great on the website, totally different in real life
- Shoes I was stupid enough to order looked like they had been chewed (heck, they probably had been in the shipping container!)
- Return options: BACK TO CHINA - REALLY? = Shipping costs prohibitive
- I was offered a 15% credit. GEE, THANKS.
$19.00 REFUND on my $128.00 purchase. Wowie, I'm hitting my head on the wall when I see that in print.
I was so disgusted, everything went to the charity bin, except the shoes... they went in the trash.

I placed an order on May 7 and still don't have it. I contacted my bank almost immediately and placed a scam report about these people. Rec an email a couple days ago, order would be shipped in 30-35 days. Rec email today that order has been shipped. They do not have my original order number on their site. I have told them repeatedly I want my money back to no avail. There is no address nor phone #. I have never done something like this before, order from new co w/o extensive research. On my bank statement the charge was from Hong Kong, not a US company. STAY AWAY!
