I am still awaiting a response of any kind from NORACORA customer service. I do not expect any kind of meaningful resoution from them, if other reviews I've read are any indication. In the mean time, I have filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission and have also opened a case for mail fraud, since their falsely advertised products are delivered through the United States Postal Service. I encourage all who have experienced this same situation... and there are many, many of us... to do the same.
I purchased the long sleeve V-neck blouse in blue. The description at the time was for a linen-cotton blend blouse. The photo showed the garment in a nice deep blue with lovely drape characteristic of natural linen fiber. Since I ordered, they have changed the description to a cotton-poly blend, which I would never have ordered. Anyway, I received a poly-lycra blend top that is so cheaply made, flimsy, and ugly, it's laughable to think it's even the same top, with not a natural fiber in sight. See the attached photos for the wretchedness of this see-though, ugly fabric, along with a shot of the fiber content from the tag. No response yet from their customer service department, but I will invoke the assistance of Paypal to get my refund. Please, save your money and spend it at a reputable merchant's site. The quality of the garment I ordered is as terrible as the customer service from this site. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
No way to get in touch with them. The submit button does not work and they do not reply to *******@noracora.com I tried to cancel order within an hour. Now I am contacting credit card co for a merchant dispute.
It took more than 8 weeks to receive the 7 items I ordered. 4 needed to be returned (1 due to discrepancy in color/3 for size). No address for returns is provided on website or inside package. I emailed or texted multiple times asking for return address with no response for weeks. The scam is not responding so you miss the 15 day window to return... not the "easy returns/quick refunds promoted on site. Filed a complaint with PayPal... then heard from NoraCora with a return address in HONG KONG! PayPay directed me to return items... while NoraCora told me to "kindly keep the items since they were beyond the 25 day return period."
Unbelievable! Do not do business with this company.

Don't order from this company! I placed an order in April and it took 7 weeks to get it! They don't respond to email inquiries in fact they block you from using them and have no phone numbers! Order arrived today has no address for a return?!?
It took 2 months before I received items and upon receipt, surprised the quality was good but the sizing is incorrect. USA [L] if different from their [L]. Prior to purchase, their write up states they will accept returns no questions asked. Problem is, getting them to respond to give instructions as to how to make a return-Still waiting..

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I have been trying to get a refund since my package arrived. They will not return email. The return address on the label is cut off. The fabric feels like plastic bags and it looks like kids designed it out of paper bags. When your package arrives you will be sorely disappointed and unable to return anything! THIS IS A SCAM NOT A BUSINESS! I am going to try to have it shipped with a required signature to the NORACORA shipping address. GOOD LUCK. I see many of the same types of reviews. Maybe we can do a class action suit? If you used Pay Pal make sure to lodge a formal complaint under disputes in some cases they can help you get your money back. Or try going through your bank to fight them. This really is a scam.
The quality of clothing that I received upon my order was shockingly poor. The sizing was completely off as it seems that the companies concept of large it was somewhere around a size 4. The return policy is incredibly horrible. They ask you to go to a website telling you that you need to return your products to the return center. There is no address for this return center, Only after communicating in email was I notified that the return center is in China. To be refunded you must get your material that you purchased from them back to China within 15 days. And of course you must pay the freight. They do offer you 15% of your cash expenditure to improve the clothing if you'd like to do that. I have never experienced such a palling service and all my days
Please do not buy anything from this company. The clothes looks so cute online, but they look nothing like that in person, and the sizes are crazy. It's impossible to return anything. They tell you you have 15 days to return, but when you email them to ask for a return address, they don't respond. I am filing a claim today with my credit card company and will do whatever it takes to get my money back. Sadly, this company has it all figured out, and they are scamming every one of us. Don't believe any positive reviews. They're part of the scam too.
I am 3 weeks in and I still don't have my clothes. Reading reviews I realize I may NEVER get them. Don't bother with the tracking numbers, they don't work. Also your order number on the site doesn't work either. Your $$$$$ just go into an empty black pit.
Cute clothes, good prices, but not what's listed on their website. Fabric content is wrong. Everything made of polyester. Yuck. Tried to return the clothes. No return address on their website. Sent them a message. Took weeks before I got a reply. Said I needed to ship the clothes, as my own expense, to China, but did not include an address. Said they would refund me 15% with no return of merchandise. I requested a return shipping address again. Still no answer.
Wish I had checked these reviews before I bought.

They give you no information for returns and the link they give does not work at all... so if u buy their cheap clothes, u have to keep them.
Never experienced anything like this! Linen dress! I got cotton and the threads were hanging everywhere. Photos look nothing like product. It's cheap and worse, you receive the package after great delay, only to find out that you really can't return it without a great cost to you, rendering the entire order a loss! Can't wear the clothing, can't return the clothing! It's a scam! DON'T DO IT!

Should have read reviews first but, the pictures were so cute so I went ahead. The three items ordered were nothing like the pictures with exception of the color. The fabric is polyester (labeled dry clean recommended) but advertised as linen. Noracora doesn't know what linen is - think they consider a textured weave linen. Anyway, going to try to return this order. That being said, expect the return shipping to cost more than the items themselves.
Final word? Buy domestically JJill has lovely linen clothing.
I ordered a pair of pants which never arrived. After ordering and waiting I checked the tracking number they had sent me. It was absolutely useless. The geek boyfriend even tried to figure it out but could not. So much for tracking.
Worried, I then checked reviews of this company (which I should have done first, of course). Many, many unhappy customers. I will not purchase anything from this company again. Even if the package does arrive someday, I'm still very leery due to the untrackable tracking number. UPDATE - My order arrived! I like the pants. I was lucky - the fit is good and they are what I expected. Nonetheless, I won't order from this company again. There are so many bad reviews. Who needs the hassle? There are a million other places to shop.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
