I ordered three weeks ago, got email from the company that it is going to be dispatched in August 5th but still couldn't managed to get it. Emailed them a lot time but no response. I found their customer support number on trustpilot review i. E *******181 i called and they said there is some problem with my order... don't know what to do now
This company is a total bait and switch. LuluNina is another one. The actual product is a VERY loose representation of what is shown on the website. The sizing isn't even close. I ordered a few sundresses this summer. I am typically a small in American sizes. I ordered M in everything, suspecting the sizing might be slightly off. I could barley get it over my head. When you try and contact them, ie logging in to your account, they have no records of your email address. Stay Away!
I really liked the blouse that I bought, its color is identical to the one I saw on the page, I am already seeing the accessories to combine!
Placed order and tried to cancel it 4 minutes later. I was messaged back that the order had already shipped! No seam on one pant leg and legs had different lengths. They use pictures of clothing from other catalogs and send you junk! Buyer be warned. They are scam artists.
Ordered shoes for my wife. Cam in 2 sizes smaller. We used the companies sizing chart. When asked about how to exchange, we find that they say we must ship back to China & pay any customs fees. WOW. Their fault & we lose our monies. When I emailed, no direct response. Just company gibberish that did not address the problem. In other words, we got your money... GO AWAY.
I was completely dissappointed in both the quality and the sizing issues with the merchandise I purchased. They advertise an easy return and exchange policy but you will lose money doing it as you will have to pay for the return postage t China which is so high it will end up costing you twice as much as what you paid for the clothing.
The sizing is very inconsistent. Some smalls were petite smalls and size 6-8 were actually 0-2 and one so called small was enormous. The quality of the fabrics are very flimsy and they don't hold up to washing and shrink even more. You money would be better spent at walmart marshalls or another discounter where you can actually have an honest transaction. Their photographs don't represent the true quality of the clothing.

And I caution everyone, read reviews! I didn't... takes forever for product to arrive and then they tell you 15 days after purchase to return! And you pay shipping to China.
Clothes in photographs are NOT the same colors. Labels right size however measurements are all wacky.
Their only response was I'm sorry these didn't work out for you. This is our return policy - I hope you understand. Shop again with us.'

Makes beautiful products! The ordering, payment and shopping process went very smooth, and I was very happy with the service and the T-shirt that I ordered. I'll definitely be coming back!
Quality of product is very cheap, cheaply made. Nothing like the pictures. Should of read reviews before I purchased. Trying to return 2 pr. Of shoes, sent right size but they are huge! Must send back to China, impossible. Went to paypal they did not help, their outcome was send product back to China for reimbursement. So if you are on the fence to order from Noracora, Don't! Don't know much about this business just location somewhere in China. They also have other businesses but under different names, so in the future always read reviews when in doubt.

This company changes its name on Facebook weekly, and deletes all the negative comments from unsatisfied customers. It was advertised as HeSimple.com when I placed my order and I've now seen the same clothing items under 3 or 4 different names.
I waited 5 weeks to receive one of 3 items, and 6 weeks to receive another item from my $70 order. Over 2 months for the 3rd! The actual company is somewhere in Asia. They ship to CA so it looks like that's where the clothes come from. The pants I purchased are of decent quality, the "bright orange" top I ordered was candy apple red. I wear a sz 10, and the XL top is too small. VERY cheap tops, unlike how they looked online. BUYER BEWARE!
I placed an order for three dresses and then cancelled it 23 minutes later. I received no response acknowledging the cancellation until four days later when one dress had shipped
Two months later, I am still waiting for a refund for the other two dresses. Not only is it difficult to get a response from this company, the quality of the merchandise is shoddy. You get what you pay for. Order cheap, you'll get cheap.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option
1. Stuff is sized badly, it's all way smaller than the marked sizes.
2. items aren't as described. Stuff that was supposed to be linen/cotton was pure polyester
3. Their returns window is super short. Waiting for all the items in my order to arrive so I could do all the returns at once if needed meant that the window was gone and I only could return three out of seven items.
4. they offered me 25% refund for those three items w/o having to return them, and I just did that to be done with the whole thing.
Lesson learned: if it looks to good to be true, it is probably too good to be true.
I really love the clothes. I am an ocean person and this brand just goes with me. Clothes are made of good quality fabrics. Customer service is quick and efficient.

Horrible buying experience. After I entered my credit card info, the amount of my purchase went up about $20. I emailed them immediately (like 60 seconds later) that I wanted my order canceled because of this and they waited 2 days to respond then said the order couldn't be canceled because it had been more than 24 hours. I've been back and forth with them for 3 weeks (and still have received no part of my order). It's clear they don't speak fluent English and are giving rote answers to my specific questions. Extremely frustrating experience. Don't make the same mistake I did. Please don't purchase anything from this company!
I've purchased several items from this store and I am very pleased with their excellent customer service and their products. They have very competitive prices and a great variety of clothes for womens.

If there was zero I would have given them double zeros! It is nothing like the picture! Please do not be fulled! The fabric is the cheapest fabric ever. I can not even use it to mop the floor! It is that cheap! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! GO TO WALMART YOU WILL FIND MUCH BETTER FABRIC THERE.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
