Cannot seem to get anyone to respond. So afraid I trusted a dark space for$34.88. I pray my order comes. This is horrible and hope they are penalized when caught. Never responds to email? The shipping doesn't say whose shipping. I did not do my homework. Never again. Will contact my Bank.

Fought for months to get a partial refund on an order. Only came after Visa intervened. Now I get unsolicited emails which I have "unsubscribed" twice. Very shoddy Chinese company with horrible quality and awful customer service.

Linen or cotton as stated and the shoe sizes are way off... a 7 is more like a 5. Then they proceeded to bargain with me to keep everything and they'd give me 15% of my money back. I said no I wanted a full refund... then they said 25% and then 50%. After battling back and forth I gave up to 50% thinking that was on the whole order. In the end I only received $200 of my $700 order! I don't know how these scumbags are able to stay on line ripping off hardworking people. I now have a plastic bin in the garage full of unwearable junk.!
Their clothing is not as advertised-materials are different, sizing is off, returns are impossible. Nothing is as I had expected. Returns-if you can get them to give you the address-is in China. The postage to return the items was more than the original purchase price.
Also, despite asking them to cancel my order, items arrived almost 3 months after ordering.

The dress I purchased didn't fit -- not true to size. I knew there'd be a return fee, but enclosed materials gave no address to return. Neither does website. You have to email customer service. They responded: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I okayed the refund because I considered it a lost cause. I received a check for $4.11 for a $34.79 dress I can't wear..."to alter the cloth!" What a joke.DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a bracelet, is quite beautiful and the details more careful than I thought for the price it cost me. The quality / cost ratio is very good.
Bad fit and fabric, not accurately described or photographed, bad return policy (you have to pay freight to China, and possibly customs), 15% penalty for return. I have become used to online sellers being more transparent and responsive... this is like the old days of blind mail order. And they took forever to come. I took the 25% refund in lieu of shipping back the return, as it was pretty much a break-even, but learned my lesson.

Third, the possibility of your data to be used by some third party for an unscrupulous purpose is very high. Providing your information on these sites means you are inviting a cyber-attack not only on your PC but mainly on your financial account. It is always requested that never provide your information to any sites about which you know nothing.
Material was awful, color was not even close to what was shown and after nearly 8 weeks, I have yet to receive one of the items ordered.
Noracora is the Worst! I really, REALLY should have followed the advise of SOOO many others. Bought things for my daughter and I and they fabric was awful, the sizes were way off... I have, to date sent 6 e mails requesting for a return tag... Nothing except a computer generated reply with the policies. They have now blocked me from e-mailing, saying I have tried too many times, try later... Please. PLEASE take mine and the advice of others. Shop elsewhere..
I wish you had 0 ratings. The only good thing is that they have a good marketing person and photographer. Nothing is linen. I ordered linen clothes and got polyester and paper fabric. What you see is not what you get. When you try to return stuff it's a hassle and cost a whole body. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Biggest mistake ever. When you reply to their email it bounces back. Super cute dress. Slim but not transparent material, it feels soft and of good quality. I loved it and thought it would be a great dress to wear daily.
Took 4weeks to receive my blouse. What a piece of JUNK! Print on outside only. Inside is white. The fabric is cotton n polyester? Not with all those wrinkles! There was no hint that it was from China till I received it. I already paid shipping out, won't waste money shipping it back. That material is so bad I can't even use it as a rag. I ordered from an add on Dwell magazine on line. Beware!

I ordered 3 items from Noracora. After more than 3 weeks I received 1 item. The sun dress was made of material I have never seen. Looks like something I bought for a Halloween costume. Awful. I would never wear it and to ship it back to China too expensive. I will send it off to charity and hope someone will wear it for Halloween. Wish I had read the reviews first. A very expensive lesson $89 down the tubes!
This dress is so comfy and fits perfectly! I love the pockets and I especially love the tie at the waist because it makes it even more flattering. I like it because it's body forming, but not tooooo much so it's perfect for work, church, etc. I got this dress in 2 colors, it's awesome, I wanna buy more.
I give up - the jacket I just received is too small plus so cheaply made it feels like someone cut out a bunch of shapes from felt and whip stitched them together. Last time I will order from here - nothing is the same as it looks in the photos.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
