I order online often from various stores around the globe and Noracora is by FAR the worst! It took forever to recieve merchandise... tracking numbers didnt work... once the package was received, none the items looked like the photos... fabric content was different than described (items described as cotton delivered as polyester)... terrible quality overall and they have the worst return policy... they only allow good reviews on their website... so even that is misleadig... definitely stay away from this store! I wish I could give negative stars!

I ordered over $200.00... I think it was $256.00 for 9 items. After 45 days I received 2 items from the order. After 2 and a half months I've gotten nothing else. The customer service emails are not answered.

I placed an order June 3rd. They notified me that my items had shipped and I was provided a tracking number on June 12. It shows no movement since. I've contacted them multiple times and get the same form of response each time telling me to be patient and they take 3-5 business days to ship (not true) and another 7-12 to transport (also not true). Many reviews say it took 2-3 months, or not at all many times, to receive their order. I'm trying to get my charges reversed as this is clearly a scam RIP OFF site.

I placed an order back on 05/02/2020. Today is 06/25/2020 and I have yet to see my order. I understand the COVID issue, but it has almost been 2-months. Not only that, customer service will not refund your money and your credit card company will not either because they convinced the company that once it's shipped, we have to wait for the shipping company to complete it's cycle. They shipped my package in three boxes and none have arrived. One ironically is due today. If it comes, I may have a little more faith that I will get the others, but according to the USPS, the second box is at least a week away and the third is unknown. NEVER AGAIN!

I received everything I ordered here in a few days. I wasn't sure what to expect because I hadn't ordered from this boutique before! I ordered several blouses and everything was perfect. The quality is fantastic and the styles are so unique.

I sent 4 requests for info as to how to return these items. Only 1 out of 4 actually fit, way to big and very cheaply made. They sent me one reply saying, they would contact me in 48 hours. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
