Simple... This is a SCAM! Ordered 3 months ago, they keep referring you to a fake shipping manifest and tracking website showing the packages in transit. Then arriving and being picked up in LA by FedEx and USPS You would think one would have received said packages considering NoraCora shows them being delivered to them over a month ago! FedEx and USPS do not even show receiving items, Oh yea hope you can read Chinese cause that's what the tracking website is in. Doesn't matter. Website doesn't really say anything except more B. S. and anytime you try to contact NoraCora you get a nice email from Christine Wu (computer generated response) saying "please be patient item on the way" "Would you like to buy more?"
I order shoes and they arrived damage (what looks like a burn hole) and look nothing like the picture. I paid close to 50$ and they offered me a 11$ refund. If I want to return them I have to pay fees to do so. I would never recommend this website nor would i ever purchase from them again.

Narocora doesn't even deserve one start... I am beyond being disappointed with this fake company. Every time I follow up with them via email regarding my order, they sent back ridicules repetitions of letters with the same fake information. The way Naracora runs their business is not correct, is not appropriate, is not professional; and they are stealing money from people. This is my own experience that I do hope many of you will believe me and share with other and hope Noracora doesn't get more business for anyone that works hard everyday. Who ever gives any starts to this company i don't trust them either. I placed an order on May 8th and no one knows where is my order; I asked for my money back and Norocora just sent ridicules letters with lame instructions that it doesn't even make any sense.

I ordered one midi dress in April. By June 1st it had not arrived. I contacted the company and they send me a policy statement. There has been no further followup despite numerous attempts to track the package. It is the end of June and no dress and no refund. I am glad I did not buy anything more. I will have to accept that they do not plan to refund or get another dress to me assuming it has been lost somewhere. There is no further communication. I would not trust this company. It appears if you order something you have at best a 50-50 chance of ever getting it.

A pair of Spring shoes ordered in April have still not arrived (shipped?) by the end of June. NORACORA keeps asking you to be patient as the item has shipped. What they are really doing is keeping you at bay until a billing cycle is complete. They now have your money and you have no recourse through your credit card company. They now really just keep stringing you along and telling you how slowly the tracking # updates!
DO NOT deal with this outfit. If you have ordered something, get it cancelled immediately before they have your money.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's birthday on May 15th and she still has not received it. I've tried to track it and it is impossible. All it says is that it has been shipped. Today after my 6th attempt to get some information I discover with the info they sent back that they have sent it to the wrong address! The wrong state! They do not have a telephone number to call. There responses are days later and automated. So if you want to order from this company you are taking a big chance. Now I have to try to get my money back!

What can I say... I'm very picky but I couldn't find anything to complain about! I ordered the long sleeve crop top and buckled skirt on the back (forgot name) and they are so cute! NoraCora sent an email 2 weeks ago saying the order was shipped and I'd be able to track via UPS, but UPS maintains they have not received the order to ship. I've been following this boutique for a while and started looking for dresses to teach my classes over the internet. The models used are always curvy and realistic, which helped me decide if it would fit my body without having to test it. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
