I received my package within 2 weeks of ordering, in full quarantine, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outfit and all its glory! The quality of the clothing is beyond words and the fit was incredible.

I absolutely loved the merchandise on this site, but I had never ordered from them before, so I decided to order a blouse just to see how the merchandise was. It took 3 weeks to receive the blouse and when I got it it was not the color I ordered so I have been reaching out to them for 4 days now trying to return it... and I get no response please do not order from this company they totally do not respond to returns of any type. I wish I could have given them no stars instead of one star.

Paid $52 for 2 dresses (very cheap). Ordered on April 26th, still haven't recieved items and it's June 28th... Many reviews claim they're fake site actually located in China (site says Europe). Some people get their items but they're super small and cheap as hell, other's never recieved their items (like me). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The stitching on two of my items was very poor. The jacket wouldn't hang right. The sizing was off (too small) in two others. I kept one item because I liked the colors. Their return policy is insane for a company doing a lot of business in the US. It made me vow never to deal directly with a Chinese company again. I was determined to get my money back on three items which cost me a bit under $40. I shipped them to China ($23) and the padded envelope cost another $2. I used PayPal and my money was never refunded. I did reach a person and we communicated several times but over and over she told me she had no proof my package ever arrived. I used their label and their own order number is on the outside of the package, so why do they need a number from me? She said to provide a tracking number. Shipping with tracking to China cost more than my refund so I sent it to them cheapest USPS rate and provided my US customs number. It was a lot of work and a lot of aggravation and ultimately, a total bust. Their products don't begin to match up with their terrific advertising campaign. This process started in November 2019 and went on for months. Last week, out of the blue, two of the three items I returned to them because they didn't fit me arrived in new packaging from Nora Cora. I guess they thought that balanced things out? It does not.

If I could give a zero star, I would! I have no doubt this review will not be shown! I see only A few reviews and they are 5 stars! The items I purchased is absolutely not what was pictured. Please do not purchase from this company! You will be very disappointing as the materials is not cotton at all. It is more like shining polyester at best! The refund process is absolutely crazy! You have to jump through hoops! I plan to see it through no matter what it takes! Shame on this company!

Ordered 5 items, the first arrived 6weeks later. Quality nothing as shown in tHe picture. Ordered a scarf that showed as it was crochet. It was NOT. When I called they told me I could return it but it would cost me more for shipping. Nothing in their description explained that returns were back to China. They offered me 20% of my purchase price for the scarf that had been misrepresented. Now waiting for a sweater! After three months, and it has not arrived, I contacted them again and they this time offered me a refund for the sweater the other two items arrived, they were ok, but they were a package of wooden buttons and mittens. Unfortunately even these items arrived late and could not use them for Christmas presents, so now I'm also stuck with these items. Again, I caution, don't order from this company.

Do Not Support this company. Would rate negative number if possible. My wife ordered from Noracora on May 12. The jeans supposedly shipped on May 21. Emailed Nora w/all my info. Received and replied to 2 runaround e-mails and then on the third received June 17th, My wife gave up and I took over. That email stated that we should be patient and that, ONCE SHIPPED, it will take 11 to 21 Business days for the items to arrive! OK, SO, we WAIT. On June 22 we check the USPS tracking site and they STILL have not received the package in Calif. From the "partner carrier"! We have tried 2 more times to contact CS with no responses since we are now 26 business days beyond the "Shipped date" and 7 weeks total. Want to say this is the absolute worst online experience EVER. Do Not support this seller.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
