Order a pair of shoes 10/5/23 and paid for one day air shipping and was told 3 times three deferent day that my is in stock but the factory is backed up and to me that means back order. They want refund my shipping cost or cancel my order and as of today 10/15/23 my order still hasn't shipped. Bad business and I would avoid shopping with newbalance.com i buy about 8 pair of running shoes a year and will shop else-where in the future.
I wanted to order a pair of sneakers and somehow ended up buying 2 pairs. You are unable to cancel a order you just made. They take your money right away but make you jump through hoops for a return. I will never purchase another pair of New Balance. Bad business and a bad practice
New Balance was my go to work shoe for years. I wore a new pair of new balance shoes to work for 3 weeks. No problem. The 4th week these shoes felt like walking on glass, very painful. Store refused to exchange or return.

I don't mind paying extra $ for quality. But this last pair of New Balance sneakers are junk. I paid a lot of $ for a product that could not hold up after a month of limited use.
Ordered baseball jerseys, practice gear, and fan stuff for our sons travel team, 5 weeks ago. Jerseys just shipped from CHINA but customer service will tell your it's from their PA warehouse. Supply is large so there is now a 20 more day delay, this is a travel team no large demand. Worst customer service you can get in business and would highly recommend all teams going elsewhere to get their team needs supplied.
I ordered Interstellar grey fresh foam more trail women's. I received Purple. I made 5 phone calls and sent 3 proof of error pictures. Finally after 18 days (3 weeks of training time) I was given a product return label when I demanded a Supervisor and told that I ordered Purple even though the pictures on website for outfit match were black and white and color was grey. I leave next week for a 190 mile walk and can't even train with the purple shoes. I worry that the shoes are unstable even though advertised as stable. How hard is it to at least make a heel pull that fits at least one person't thumb and a box label that accurately matches the shoe color.
I have 2 pairs of 411s, I have been wearing them for over 6 months and can say they are comfortable. I managed to get them at a reduced price, still around £100 though.
I need 4E width shoes, but inexplicably New Balance charge ludicrous inflated prices for all shoes in this width, so guess what I can't and won't pay prices in the £150 to £240 range.
Have had these about 6 months they have only been worm for walking. While the shoe is still in good shape the sole is separating from the shoe. Have had several pairs of NB am very dissatisfied with these.
New balance cancelled my order and could not give me a reason why. Putting my 300 on hold for 5-7 business thats so unacceptable. Why hold my money and cancel my order. Now I hv to wait to order kids school shoes I'm pissed
Don't order off New Balance' website, I've ordered the same pair of shoes twice and had to return because they keep sending me the wrong size. I'm trying to order some comfortable walking shoes for vacation. I ordered an 8W and the first time I received a 7.5 in a 8W box and the second time I ordered after receiving my refund, they sent me a size 8 in a 8W box. At this point I'm just annoyed so this time I am not ordering off their website!
Ryan, are you aware that you have a very flawed business model? Why do you make your shoes so difficult for customers and vendors to obtain? I have travelled the country, visited many tennis sports retailers and they all lament about not being able to obtain New Balance tennis shoes. I live in Boston and can not walk into a New Balance retailer and find the full product line of your tennis shoes (Newbury st., Brighton). I wanted to try your new Coco tennis shoes to check the fit, etc—its not possible, none of your stores carry them. Why do you create so many obstacles to buy your product (and don't give me the line about buying online, when it comes to shoes customers want to them on in a store)? It is no wonder Nike has the biggest market share. Your sales associates are also poorly trained and your website offers no portal for customer suggestions. Poorly run company, even poorer is the sales and marketing department you head. I guess the Kellogg school isn't what it used to be.
I have been wearing New Balance shoes for a long time. I recently purchased two pairs of Frresh Foam 860. The shoes have a square toe. I am no longer able to wear them because every time I do, I fall down. I don't like the square toe; I even have a new pair in the box that I probably won't wear. What a waste of money. The salesperson sold me those shoes because that is all they had.
My shoes have arrived in good condition. The size is correct, the color is correct and looks just like picture of the new balance website. I was really worried because of all the negative comments and also because the tracking order link does not work which really stressed me out but today my order has arrived so I am happy :) it took a week to arrive which is not bad. Overall, I am glad my shoes arrived on time to go watch barbie at the cinema.
8 1/2 women wide is so common. New balance doesn't make them pretty at all!please do be more mindful of your choices for your customers. You are losing sales due to the black shoe and shortage of colorful shoes. Try pink or turquoise please! FFS
I've worn new balance for years and always loved them. I decided to buy another pair. They were nothing like the pair I had. Called them and was told that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do and to send them back. I paid $ 9.95 postage to get them and $26 to send them back. Needless to say but I would never buy NB again. Sad.
Purchase online regularly. This was one of the worst experiences in a long time. The delivery service was really poor despite me paying for delivery. I had to travel 10 miles and was left out of pocket and inconvenienced. The delivery may have been outside NB's control but when i raised this, the customer service dept wasn't bothered. Just said sorry for the inconvenience. I've unsubscribed and won't buy from them again. Nice work New Balance... Not!
Sizing is so wrong and quality of soles is below average. Customer service is non existent. Running trainers so uncomfortable you feel like you're walking on the actual road
Be very careful when ordering New Balance shoes online. They must have changed their manufacturing in recent years as their sizing is completely wrong & too small. They are at least one size smaller than they should be. Customer service very unhelpful too.
The 327 maybe a cute its not that cute that it takes beyond 45 to get you money returned only to be told another 5 to 10 business days. They knew that the stock was low took my money never sent me a email when I finally phoned thinking maybe they were stolen they advised that the sneaker was not in stock. The return it took 3 phone call after 45 day only to be told by the fake Supervisor that oh well bottom line. I did find the sneaker at another sight 20 dollars cheaper then New Balance and my order shipped within two business day. I will NEVER ORDED ONLINE WITH NEW BALANCE in fact I WILL NEVER SHOP AT NEW BALANCE AGAIN...TO SAY ITS been two months since I seen my money and no product...
BEWARE!
IF YOU HAVE TO HAME THEM PURCHASE EVERY PLACE BUT THE SITE unless you 45 days plus to wait for it...you money to be returned then after you get them on the phone another 5 10 business

I pick a snickers and they send me the wrong one they want me to pay for returns. The customer service lied to me. I will NEVER buy their products.
