They never responded to online request for customer support help. They never responded to their Facebook support page. They were rude and told me I never inquired on those platforms to get assistance. I would never recommend buying anything from them. There are so many great places

Horrible. Our first purchase. Order GIAUS*******. Will not buy again. Upon receipt, the clothing looks cheaply made and was very disappointing. My daughter is 110 bs and an xs/s; we ordered a medium top that was so small could not button! Refused tge return since sale item. The other item was so cheap looking, she hated it. We immediately returned the non-sale item in original packaging with all tags. They made it virtually impossible to return. You need authorization, which takes days. Then once it was returned, they issued a credit not a refund as promised! Complete frauds. Will be disputing on credit card. Do not recommend.

They have the WORST return policy! Items purchased on sale cannot be returned? I purchased my daughter's christmas gifts on black friday weekend and NOTHING can be exchanged or even returned for store credit because they were on sale. This company sucks.

Product selection: Most of the items on their site are really expensive for basic items like crop t-shirts and halters. Because I couldn't justify $50-60 on a normal top, I went with the Neavah pants in Chocolate. They were on sale for $75. The only thing is, you cannot return sale items! Their return policy does not accept: "Products purchased on markdown or final sale."

Quality: These pants are divine! Really stretchy and comfortable but look like jeans and are so flattering. They are long for me (I'm 5'2) but they are wearable with heeled boots.

Shipping: There was only express shipping option at checkout...? It arrived in 4 days, so basically normal shipping. Not sure why there wasn't a regular shipping option for me, but it cost $9.

I swear anyone and everyone looks hot in I Am Gia. Yes, the clothing looks risque and like it'll only look good on tiny models, but I can guarantee that literally anyone who puts these pieces on will look good in them. The quality of I Am Gia clothing is superior to other online stores and their pieces are so unique - you'll never show up to a party wearing the same thing as someone else. I have only ever gotten compliments on my I Am Gia fits - love them!
