Had an issue with a package. Chatted with CS and they said to wait a couple days for response. While waiting, package shipped. Got overcharged TWICE. Emailed to complain and was told "too bad-figure it out next time". Not using again.
They dont let you know how much they will charge for shipping. Just take your credit card details and boom, they just charge away. They quote you... you accept and give card details... next thing you get smacked with a bill for almost twice the amount. Sent an item in a separate package to my address for a $107... the item was $12! They did this twice! Without contacting me. Refused to help. Very friendly but useless customer service... i would have gladly opted to throw the item away if the shipping was going to be that much... any rational person would have. Completely unacceptable. Have been using their service for years. Cancelled my account now.
Packages are sent out automatically if you are sent to automatic shipments. In some cases packages may also be sent due to being held in the account for too long. We do apologize for this issue and we will look into this for you.
In my first (and last) shipping request I chose Fedex Econ and it was written that it will take from (2-5 business days) but when I contacted Fedex they told me that Fedex Econ takes from (8 - 12 business days) and indeed from the request day to the receiving days it took more than 15 days this is false advertising for a service that costs $100 + subscription fees. Further, the time required to prepare a shipment to be sent is much more than the time was required when I used other similar services to ship from US to Saudi Arabia. Although, other services did not ask for subscription! Further, since MyUS rely on weight to determine the size, they claim that my shipment is 13.8 lb and I was charged based on that, then Fedex stated that the shipment is 13.3 lb! At the end, the claims of MyUS are mostly not correct from my experience that's why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The times we list are the estimated shipping times as provided to us by the carrier themselves. Please note that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed shipping times and they may not include weekends or clearance delays. We do apologize for any delay with preparing the shipment, as in some cases we have a high volume of requests which may take the process take longer. As for the weight, if the weight of an item is 1.0 lbs then its only charged for the 1lbs however if it were 1.2 then it would be charged based on the weight of 2lbs. Shipping costs are always rounded to the next number if they are over the whole number.
I have used MyUS.com forwarding services from USA to France where I shipped à package with a total value of 120 $. They have invoiced me high amount of taxes and I was not able to understand neither to get any explanation from their agents through the chat. I'm asking them formally to provide me breakdown of what they call "Inbound Duties & Taxes for AWB Awaiting AWB" which have been invoiced at 51.06 $. Their respective agents told me this taxes and I have to get breakdown from my local customs. My local customs told me that they request only 20% of VAT for all amount of value up to 150 € (equivalent of 170 $). And they said they have invoiced the wrong amount of what customs are requested. Hence if I calculate right 20% of 120 $ = 24 $. I asked them to provide me evidence of what this amount is about? A breakdown of this amount to understand why I have to pay 27.06 $US without any justification. They refuse to communicate any information. Can you please help me to get this evidence
Duties and taxes charges are done by customs, we only charge what is requested from them.
I tested this service with a small international package to Belize. I relied on customer service to get it right. The website is confusing at best. My first try showed my USA address, I changed the default address to Belize as instructed by customer service. I re submitted, it processed, came back with an error that FedEx doesn't ship international. Changed to FedEx international, it reprocessed again, seemed happy. My shipment entered the queue. After all that, the package was still shipped to my default USA address. Good that I only lost 40 bucks on shipping from Florida to Virginia. You need more education than I with a BSEE from Michigan to navigate that terrible process. Not worth it, cancelling my account!

I bought stickers and send to them to be forwarded to Malaysia and the value of the package is around 40 GBP which will be 55 USD roughly. They declared it as 75 USD and when I asked, they told I didn't submit the invoice from where I bought it. But when I told them I uploaded it the moment I got the invoice, then they told that the invoice was in GBP so it should be in USD to make things easier for them. First they told I didn't upload and then the currency was blamed. How can 55 USD can become 75 USD I don't know. For a 55 USD and 45 USD DHL charges, I was charged 70 USD as tax and inbound duties. Even with that total value, I don't need to pay tax because it's below taxable amount in Malaysia. Then MyUS coming up with story of carrier charges that's why the total is taxable. Each question of mine was answered stupidly just to get off the hook.

Almost my entire order were cancelled and 4 small bottles were confirmed and i jad to pay 40 dollars for 4 small bottle? The cancelled items are all available when i checked i think they have problem with their website. I talked to a customer representative named christine and jake to help me get the refund amount i deserve but they dont seem to help. I was only refunded 13 dollars for a total of 11 items that was cancelled. My point here is i am not being treated fairly by those customer service respresentative. I told jake i have the invoice and i have received an email saying i was only refunded that amount but he doesn't even seem to care. Myus you should improve the customer service because they dont treat the customers right! I only want the fair amount of shipping fee i paid for. 4p dollars shipping fee for 4 small bottles? That is the worse kind!

After ordering and paying for products from Amazon, not only did my packages go missing, the company promised me a refund within ten days. However, after waiting over two months and communicating with numerous consultants from myus.com, I haven't received any refund or products, so proceed carefully.

Don't use MYUS.COM, they're scammer because FedEx, UPS and DHL hold our at least 20 packages because they said it's Froud activity because MYUS.COM using someone account to ship which is Froud. MYUS.COM collect peoples shipping account which is stealing peoples shipping account and collecting money for shipping. They don't have any customers service at all. Be care full with MYUS.COM.
For an example FedEx tracking#*******383, **************, **************, **************, I have lots of more packages have same issue. Just say don't use them

Package to Vietnam 3 months ago. Myus lost it and won't help me, say its gone and offer 20 % discount next time.
In some cases a shipment may be lost in transit by the carrier. We do provide insurance for shipments however claims do have to be filed within 60 days of shipping.
I have asked them to send for me an item of USD 299 in value. They say they are not aware and just reported in the proforma invoice at about USD 1,000. Causing me massive taxes by my government, which is almost the value of my purchase. The problem is they are not responsive to my feedback. I just need a CORRECT invoice so that the tax department will tax me accordingly. They refused. Somebody out there please kindly advise me which department shall I lodge a complaint? Thanks in advance.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
