BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY POSSIBLE FRAUD IN THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS
Beware of this company, Myself, My Family, My Soon to be Wife and her Family have lost thousands and thousands of dollars... If you have experianced losses, cannot retrieve a package please contact me... We are gathering information from the many that have been taken advantage of for our legal representation at Clark Hill... This company ruined my engagement, created losses of such a high number it cannot be ignored... Lets stop them together... and make sure no-one else suffers from this possible fraud... We are reaching out to all necessary authorities and regulators... Its time this company is investigated and pays for the damages they are causing...

Most expensive and least transparent service ever for your UK shipping service. I will never use your UK service again, and will let it know.
Your web site says loud and clear that you have a revolutionary system that only charges for weigth. But it's not clear that this does NOT apply to your UK service. There, you charge for regular super expensive shipping rates. Even for a tiny product, since it was shipped by the seller in a small box, but already larger than your standard.
I end up paying more for shipment than the product. Ok...
Since it's already paid, I go ahead and ask for the shipment.
Just below the Shipment button, you write: "Customs Information for France: Items shipped together that have a total value over 150 EUR are subject to a customs duty."
But as soon as DHL has taken over my item, they claim 23€ additional tax for my GBP 29 purchase.
I end up paying more than 3 times the price of my product. That would be fine if it wasn't done in a way that is so shady.

Package Hopper

On 7-17-22 & 7-18-22, Access USA without notice began withdrawing the following UNAUTHORIZED amounts from my Package Hopper shipping account; $599.99, $599.99, $599.99, $303.20, $303.20. Perhaps these are the amounts the insurance claim would have been given to me, however these amounts were being withdrawn from my bank account via PayPal. I had to block Access USA's access to my PayPal account and delete payment info on my Package Hopper online account, to prevent further withdrawals.
History: 3/23/22 I paid Package Hopper / Access USA / myus.com (all same entity) a total of $497.82 to ship 3 packages to Ghana, Africa. Package Hopper shipped these via FedEx, tracking #s **************, **************, **************. FedEx has refused to release packages to recipient due to 'fraud', citing that the account # is invalid.
I requested myus.com to pay FedEx, since I paid them. Or; reimburse me, since all 3 shipments were fully insured.
PH has refused to rectify this situation. *******@myus.com case # ******* and packages still sit in Ghana in FedEx's office.

Delays UK services
August 15, 2022

Seems like they still have teething issues with their UK shipping, one of my shipments took a month to be shipped from UK, but when escalated, they refunded me the shipping cost and apologized for the delay.

I still use their USA and it is great, and hope they fix the issues in UK fast.

Lost my package
August 6, 2022

Their UK facility forwarded several packages to me but I received the wrong items. Instead of some jewelleries I received a box of hat. The mistake is not made by MyUS but by DHL. But, for over one month time, I have contacted myUS multiple times and they didn't even bother to contact DHL to get my package back. Every time they responded with: when we have updates we will contact you, but they didn't even make a call to DHL for me. The package was delivered to a wrong address in another country and DHL wouldn't send back the package without the request of the sender. I was surprised that for all this time they didn't even open a request with DHL. I find them extremely unprofessional.

We do always contact the carrier via email. We can provide updates as the carrier provides them. Unfrotunatly we can only provide ones they provide if they do not respond then we reach out to them again.

RUN AWAY FROM MYUS

I received an item Oon my suite, I requested them to send the item back to the sender or Discard it. Also As I don't trust them, on my Revolut bank, I requested to block further payment from them. This morning the payment went through. I sent many emails to them saying I don't need the item anymore. Discard it! They sent it to me and charged for I item that I request not to send. I requested my money back and they are refusing it. I DONT RECOMMEND TO USE MY US. SOMEHOW YOU Will be in trouble. There is another alternative which is much better, CHEAPER and isn't unfair as this company

Worst service ever

Absolute Scam

I shipped some items to them using Ebay USA sent it to them and they said I should have logged it first, I had to provide absolute proof of delivery and stated as and when and what location of building it was delivered to and then oh surprise the shipment was found.

I set my shipping preference to Cheapest shipping possible now on their website it states Amazing Discounted shipping With FedEx etc so I was shocked to see that they had charged me $132 to ship it to me via FedEx cheapest shipping but charged too price for that something that would have cost me without the Amazing Discounted Rate $25 they then unlawfully took payment for VAT but they are not authorised or allowed to take VAT Payments they are not registered with UK VAT therefore they are pocketing that fee they made up other charges to outrageous.

Shame i would have used them a ton of times but really people it is cheaper to ship direct yourself saving $100 in rip off charges.

Customer service don't respond moist say Hi don't admit the tricks they are pulling or reply to questions then just sent cut a paste scripted answers and that's that. Have had to issue Fraid Wanring to my bank telling them to retrieve the overcharged.

Lots of actual reliable and reputable services out there just defounately not this one.

The VAT charges and other customs fees are paid to the carrier. We do not receive those charges. You can always select the option to remove duties and taxes which will provide you with carrier options that do not charge this upon sending. They will charge the customs fees upon arrival to you.

False shipping rate estimates. BEWARE!

I would be surprised if the website published this review but, this has to be said. MyUS became very untrustworthy and dishonest when it comes to estimating shipping rates/calculators. They do have an established table for the shipping costs given multiple options, you then go and shop online expecting to pay whatever is estimated. Well, I had a small item (~1.3 lbs) sitting in my suite and the estimated shipping cost even on the main log in page is $22.99 (matches the estimated cost on the table and calculator), after you click "create ship request", it goes all the way up to $55! (I can provide screenshots). The shipping rate table includes rates for SMSA Express, Small Pack Saver, Fedex Intl Connect, and Budget Economy; NONE of those options is available for you to select from once you actually want to pay. They force you to pay FedEx Economy which is more than double what is estimated for you. I'm not saying that this website is a scam, but it almost is. I'm a premium member and for sure I'll never renew my membership cause it really means nothing. In terms of using this service again? Sadly very unlikely. I really loved using this website the first few times that I used it and I kept wanting to give it another shot, but other FREE websites provide the same services CHEAPER in addition to extra free photos and free extended storage time. If they stop all of the "surprise" spiked up shipping rates and the super shady method of taking all of the cheaper shipping options off once it's too late to go back, then maybe?. It's just very difficult for me to recommend this anymore. Again, I don't have a problem with increasing shipping costs, but I do have a problem with providing false estimates to customers.

The estimate in question would be for our cheapest option. However you have duties and taxes selected in the 2nd screenshot you opened. Duties and taxes limits the options for carriers as our budget carriers do not charge for duties and taxes. If you were to remove that option then other carriers would be listed for shipping.

Please please please read other people reviews before you create an account! Creating an account and charging me automatically without the option to change that and using extremely high shipping rates, 49$ for a 0.4 lbs package!

The rates are based on the carriers charges. Unfortunately we do not control those rates. As your shipment was subject to duties and taxes it was only able to be sent with certain carriers.

I was surprised when i got a sudden charge message on my mobile then when i checked i found out that my us charged me And to make it worse they even sent my package to an old address
I went to customer service and couldnt get an answer till after some hours
And when i spoke with them they showed me that its on their terms that they can automatically charge me without my consent
And they even cant fix the wrong sent to address
Ah and by the way my package was less than half a kg and they charged me some hidden fees and i paid 35 usd, total rip offfff

This is the worst experince i ever went through with a shipping company
Stay away from them

We do apologize. Our Single package membership does state that packages are sent out automatically as they arrive. Unfortunately there are some carriers that do not accept reroutes and will have to be either returned or delivered to the listed address.

MyUS is basically a scam, stay away from it!
On this page: https://www.myus.com/benefits/shipping/discounted-rates/ it says that USPS is available "Across the Globe".
However, it's not offered as an option to Brazil.
When I talked to a support agent on WhatsApp, this is the answer I got: "On that page it does not say it ships via USPS to Brazil. You should have asked us first".
He was EXTREMELY arrogant and condescending, and even suggested that another option would be to destroy the packages in the warehouse!
FOR YOU OWN SAKE STAY AWAY FROM MYUS!

Our carriers are all listed as global shippers as they do ship globally. However they do have restrictions and may not ship to certain areas. We do offer a country specific page per country which lists carrier options per country.

I will give 0 star. They lost my package which my mom send for overnight delivery. What I know is if it is overnight delivery, meaning the package is mark, "important" but annoyingly and unfortunately they lost it. UPS you need to get it together. Fix your system.

Awful service. By register they automatically switched on option that allow you only most expensive shipment method.
Support confirm that there is no info about that on website and it just their agreement with carriers.
No possible to check this info before been money charged, looks like fraud.

The information regarding which carrier you have is listed on your account. We do have information regarding all of the carriers that we use. You can change the carrier in your account at any time.

I spent over $2000 on a Profile 30-in 5 Burners Stainless Steel Gas Cooktop and grill from Lowe's and shipped it to MyUS. It got delivered on March 9th but never got logged to my inbox. I contacted customer support and they responded and asked me to send proof of delivery (why I don't know. I would assume that they log deliveries and have video surveillance). After I sent them the proof, nothing! I have been emailing them again and again and they will not respond to me. Worst customer service ever!

Worthless company

What a big mistake I make to open an account with you guys, you just charging my card every month without helping me sorting out my issues concerning my shipment that is causing me sleepless nights, your system should have know that me shipping items that the values is above 200 dollars will course your customers me to pay thousands of duties and taxes on items that is just 240 dollars, is your duty to advise your customers especially if is for personal use not that am selling it, opening an account with us address is a biggest mistake I make this year so far, after I have paid about 350 dollars to dominican republic customs/DHL, I just received another email to pay another 250 dollars/11.840 peso for taxes maybe after that, they will come up another payment name like clearance or something, I will write a review let people know that you guys are worthless, your company is just to collect money every without helping your customers. Please do me a favour close my account and do not charge my card again for anything, I do not need your service anymore.
