THIEVES! DONT USE! THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE AND JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY CANT FIND IT AT THE LAST LOCATION IT WAS ASSIGNED
Useless customer support, the service is below average and i wouldn't recommend this service provider to anybody. There is better.
They must staff the place with the most useless morons on earth. Firstly due to improper packing on their part a box was damaged by FedEx. With crush injuries to the box.
Inside they opened the packaging on a ceiling fan… so all the screws fell out of the gaping hole in the box.
Now they're trying to blame FedEx for their incompetence. They've ruined over $250 worth of stuff. And told me it's my fault for not paying for extra packing.
They ripped me off with the shipping amount and the items came missing. When i asked them they said we dont care if your merchant sent less items check with them first then we can go ahead with insurance claim. I have dealt with them before with no issues.Now they have attitude and dont wanna take responsibility for their mistakes. I checked with Dhl.they charge half of the amount that MYUS charges with DHL option.Avoid this company.not worth it
You never know how much you'll be charged with them. A 0.4lbs package of something costing $50 they wanted to charge me $58 for shipping instead of $13.99.
Also BTW, their tax free service is not really tax free. I was still charged sales tax because they didn't get their s*it together

All customers make sure you check your accounts regularly as they tend to tamper with accounts at times and set postage options to automatic, without your consent, therefore you pay through the nose in postage costs
This used to be a good service. Not so anymore. A customer for 10 years I have had unorthorised charges and had to cancel my credit card. Just use Amazon international they at least have security and processes and professional people to help if there is an issue.
I ordered a shipment,and unfortunately I chose collect duties and taxes option cause I thought they knew the customs charges for each country, but apparently they use a custom ripoff formula for all countries and they charged me 5 times what my country's custom department would ask for, and shipped my shipment automatically without even asking for my approval on the amount they determined, and let's not forget they chose the most expensive shipping option available cause as they say the only one able to collect duties and of course they didn't inform me that, they assumed that all of this is known to me since it's automatic shipping which also wasn't stated at any point in my single package membership, the only clue was no consolidation, and I've been texting them several times to reach for a settlement but they don't see anything wrong in their actions,
So I will end up paying triple the amount of my package for shipping and taxes
So my advice RUN this is a ripoff company and not trust worthy you'll end up paying double or triple the amount of your shipment at least
( the package was 4.7 ponds only and I'll end up paying 256$ Charges)
Absolute garbage of a company - DO NOT use them. First they overcharge vs their competitors, a 41lb 81x38x12 inch parcel costs 667USD through Myusa, yet somehow shipito can send the same size and weight package for only 450USD. And small 1lb packages cost 37USD.Secondly they start charging you a dollar a day for each package that is at their warehouse if you don't ship it within a few days of receiving it, something they DON'T mention on their website where as other company's will give you enough time to sort things out in case of unexpected costs and start charging you until a month. They will also assign their own estimated value to all items to be shipped with no regard for accuracy and the resulting duties and tax charges. Next they will not allow you to pick up a package directly from them, there warehouse is unreachable. It must be shipped out by courier in all situations. And don't even bother trying to call them if you have any issues as there is no one there to talk to. Only a useless text chat feature is available with an associate who can give you no answers or solutions. Lastly if you item cannot be shipped due to any unexpected export restrictions they will send it back to the original shipper without giving you any notice or any other options even if it is an non-refundable item. Had I known the exact size of my package originally I would have NEVER used them. If I could them a ZERO RATING I would.
They are SCAMMERS! Two small packages shipped 5 minutes in between (I received the emails so I have proof) and they charged me 80 USD! Normally it is 15 usd. If I had shipped directly from amazon usa to my country it was 20 usd. I just did this because it would save me 5 usd and normally they always did it right. But since 2022 they turned evil and they took my money on PayPal and I am not even able to dispute it back while I am in my right. This is an evil company! They are ripping you!
I made a free account back in 2018 and never used it. MyUS cancelled that account because it is not active. Today, I registered on the platform again as a free user. Shockingly, they withdrew $133 from my PayPal account claiming that I have an outstanding amount from 2018, even though I registered as a free user and never used their service. I tried to explain the situation to their customer service and requested an explanation of how this amount accumulated without sending me any emails or messages since 2018. In addition, how can I be registered as a paying user without setting a payment method back in 2018? As soon as I put my PayPal account, the amount was withdrawn from my card without any notification and now they are refusing to refund it. IT IS A SCAM AND A RIPP OFF
Terrible service, communicating one thing on your site about shipping and cost and actually charging another, unable to provide appropriate support or sollution to issues, worst customer experience ever. Taking advantage of people who are not based in the USA to charge more or force them to dispose of items, which then have no proof of them being actually disposed and not used by you. Terrible
This company is a HUGE fraud. When I signed up I was told guaranteed low shipping. I estimated my shipping taxes on the MyUS site using the weight of the package and it gave me a great shipping price (express may I add), not long after I received an email stating my package was shipped from MyUS and I had to pay $955 USD to get it to Canada, which means I have to pay $1300 Canadian dollar. I tried discussing this with the company as they didn't even try to confirm if I was satisfied with shipping before sending the package. This company is disgusting. You cannot even speak with an agent over the phone, it has to be by text. They should be ashamed to still be doing this considering the day and age. The shipping is over double the product, shameful! They whack all these charges on to make shipping much higher without even confirmation that you still want to go ahead with a high shipping price. This company doesn't even deserve one star.
Tried them 3 times, was awful experience every time.
They will do anything for you to pay much more than just the shipping cost

Update: MyUS refunded the shipping cost difference and explained that the free tier doesn't provide this option. Therefore I updated the rating. But I hope they could make their tier system less confusing so that consumers won't have this misunderstanding in the first place._-------------------
I opened an account and shipped one item <1LB to MyUS. I expected to start a shipment manually once the package arrives. But to my surprise, one day I suddenly received a payment notification from PayPal. Only by then did I know that MyUS shipped my item without any of my action. They also added shipping insurance and selected a more expensive shipping method by default. What's worse, after fiddling around for 10 minutes I still couldn't find out how to stop this automatic shipment schedule. I followed their official guide but the option was not there! I will avoid using their services in the future!
If you have signed up with our Single Package membership, this membership only offers automatic shipping. We do list that information on our website, and when signing up for this membership. Our Premium membership however, offers the option to hold the packages in your account and send packages together.
I was able to find other carriers cheaper and more effective than this company.
This company was deceitful in their practices.

I created an account and signed up for a membership using my credit card information and when I tried to sign in the account got rejected. I used the password resest function and nothing worked. I made another account using another email and that also got rejected. I contacted the company for help and no response. I hope i dont get charged monthly for both of these accounts!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
