This criminal company been charged me with regular charges and stole your item in inventory while still asking to pay their storage fees while the item was gone! I was asked to pay for thing that been stolen from my storage and they demand me to pay storage fees?.I even asked them to give a clear invoice as what I have been charged for and they just simply respond it was not something that they could facilitate? Really a company from hell. Rot in hell criminals!
They received my parcel without an invoice. Instead of contacting and requesting invoice, they simply mentioned a value 3x more expensive than the actual value. Also, there was 35% discount on the product, but they took the high rate without discount for value for tax purposes. Had to argue and convince them about the value! Then they charged me almost $40 for shipment by airmail (!), not even courier, while the weight was only 2.3 lbs (1kg.). Parcel was standing for days before finally issuing an AWB. I immediately canceled my subscription and will never us them again!
Garbage service who takes no responsibility for their service. They claim to know all the customs procedures for your destination country, and even "guarantee" the duties (when you pay extra), then refuse to pay or help at all when your item is stuck in customs. They simply wash their hands and tell you you're out of luck. Avoid this horrible service, don't waste your money here.
I had my package shipped to MyUS address.
They took Pictures of my parcel and I paid to have my item shipped.
They later emailed me informing me that my parcel has been lost and that I should provide my invoice
I emailed them a copy of my invoice and they replied saying that they will search for my parcel
Three weeks later they emailed and told me that they couldn't find my parcel and that they will give me a credit to use should I wish to ship any more items.
I am very disappointed with this service given that they lost my package and didn't seem to care at all.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience with MYUS Shipping & Logistics has compelled me to share my experience with others.
I entrusted MYUS with a crucial shipment for my business. The delivery, which was marked urgent, was expected to arrive. However, it was never delivered, causing considerable disruption to my business operations. Not only did this lead to financial loss, but it also strained my professional relationships due to the subsequent delays.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the company and resolve the issue, my communications were met with unresponsiveness. Their customer service department, a crucial touchpoint for any logistics company, proved to be severely lacking. It's disheartening that a company of such stature in the logistics industry can demonstrate such disregard for its clients' needs.
To add insult to injury, my efforts to get this issue resolved have been met with nothing but bureaucratic hurdles and an apparent lack of concern. I have been bounced from representative to representative with no one able to provide a concrete solution or even an explanation as to why my shipment was delayed.
A company's real worth is tested not when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong. Unfortunately, MYUS has failed to prove its mettle in this regard.
I'm incredibly disappointed with MYUS's service and its lack of accountability. If you're considering using MYUS for your shipping needs, I would caution you to reconsider.
Based on my experience, I can only give MYUS a rating of 1 out of 5. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to improve its service for the sake of future customers.
MyUS, oh what a disappointment! They have held my package hostage for an unbearable two weeks, and I suspect it may be lost forever. But what truly infuriates me is their abysmal customer service. It's as if they couldn't care less. I reached out to them once, and they promised an email update. Yet, five days later, still no sign of that promised update. When I followed up, they repeated the same empty words. When I dared to express my frustration and asked for the employee's name, they abruptly shut down the conversation. My experience with MyUS has been a nightmare. I will never, ever use their services again.
They have price shipping calculator on their website with PRICE GUARANTEE. After shipment they increased calculated price in 2 times! And I have no option to pay. Be aware of cheaters!
I wanted to ship a bottle of perfume only available in the US for my girlfriend's birthday.
Ordered the bottle three weeks in advance.
The products was received by MyUs and got in my queue, day after day. I contacted customer service a few times without satisfaction. The package got stuck for six weeks before they found it. Needless to say I didn't have it for the birthday. They didn't apologise for anything.
Then I was charged 60$ for the shipping to Europe, ie 3 times the lowest quote on the site. Turns out: 1/ when you select MyUs preferred shipping method, they don't give you the lowest quote, 2/ they mark up the shipping quote, 3/ they automatically add 8$ of insurance and if you don't opt out, 4/ they add 20$ of "dangerous goods handling" for perfume (like seriously), and 5/ if you have a simple account, they automatically charge you when the package is ready.
They were completely unapologetic and unhelpful when dealing with them andimmediately sent me a cancellation link upon expressing desire to cancel my account (they must be used to it).
To top it all off, it takes 5 or 6 clicks to cancel an account, and you need to answer alternatively yes and no to their questions, and the "right" button is always discreet in black while there is a massive green button to stay on site. Typical scam website.
I can't believe they get away with a rating like they have, alternatives used since take so much better care of customers and inform them of the full cost ahead (and don't lose packages in their own warehouses…).
MyUS received my parcels 20-04-23. According to my account suite the parcels were in review & no action was needed on my part. They said "Items in review you will be notified by email if it will not be ready to send within 1-2 business days" Anyway 8 days! Had passed & I had to send an email to find out was going on.
MyUS replied & said "foodstuffs are restricted for import to the UK" & that my packages will be destroyed in 3 days if I fail to let them know how to proceed. I have checked & there is no problem sending foodstuffs to the UK.
What a horrible incompetent business to deal with. I have had issues every time I have used this firm. They have also always got the invoice values wrong every time I have used them. Never again!
I tried the basic membership. The instruction indicated that package will be shipped automatically as soon as it arrives the facility. The discount (received several days early) will also be applied when package is shipped. I confirmed that again with 2 different employees by live chat and email.
However, the package stayed in their warehouse for 1 week and they told me a storage fee will be charged. Bull$#*!! Moreover, the prefered shipping method that I selected in account setting didn't apply either. In conclusion, its system is a scrap and its customer service is a group of liar.
Customer service is horrific. Out of 4 packages I sent, 3 were returned because they were mislabled. And they wanted me to pay to have them resent. The management team never responds and the people on their chats are idiots. Oh, and they hid costs on every package. I paid taxes and duties upfront and was still charged more when the package got here because the carrier said they never received the monies. Use any company but this one. It is a scam!
On 7th March I've paid them 65.93 USD to purchase a product from automotivetouchup.com. On the same day they sent me a mail that my order has been cancelled because the product which I've ordered is prohibited to ship to my country and in the same day they inform me that they will give me full refund within 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I contacted with them and they inform me do I wan to take this refund to my card (same as my payment method) or I want to keep this balance in myus.com account? Which means till now they did not started the refund process. However I replied them I want this money back to my card. And after 3 days they replied me they are unable to refund me because my card is not accepting refund profess but in the mean time I get refund from Amazon and Aliexpress. But MYUS.COM is unable to refund me it means it's their problem as well my Bank confirms me there is no problem in my card end. And in the mail MYUS.COM is repeatedly insisting me to keep the balance to myus.com account so that I am being forced to purchase another product from them. And now they are saying me they have noting to do and they can't refund me. Totally a fraud company.
Shipped earpods weiging less than 100g. Quote around 20$, charged 33$. Cheapest shipping option 8-10 days on site. After shipping told takes weeks till Australian post scan it?
You can try an entire day, and no one will reply to your requests for help. Be smart and run away from it. After paying for a DHL shipment from the US the same company ((DHL) charged almost the same amount I paid to myUS.com here in Brazil and claimed it was the administrative fee. It's a trap from beginning to end. Try something else, trust me.
I recently did a cost compare between Shipito and MyUS.com. I purchased 2 Stetson hats (both same size and weight) from a store in McKinney Texas. The first hat was mailed to Shipito in Torrance, CA. The second hat was mailed to My US.com in Saritoga, Fl

-Shipito charge reshipping (DHL Express) to Thailand: $143 USD
(Import duties and taxes were NOT included in Shipito charges)

With a $93 USD difference in reshipping charges between the two reshipping companies, I immediately removed my credit card info from my Shipito account and deleted their app from my phone. MyUS.com has got my future business. Hope this helps someone trying to find a company for reshipping and saves you some money.
I have been a customer for over 5 years and lately the quality is a disaster. They never admitted to their mistakes and all throw the blame at me because I did not big insurance. I showed them their own pictures that was showing that the product was damaged because of how they cut through the package, still they blame it on me and said that it was damaged in transit from them to me in EU. From picture you can see that red utility knife that they use and the layers of bubble wrapper got cut wide open. Also for missing stuffs from my shipment they blame that on the merchant and make it seem like if I didn't buy insurance, they don't really care and they won't help. I'm very disappointed and never through that will be this irresponsible.

I have been using myusfor a while now and just had my account closed while waiting for a seller to upload his business number so my package could be cleared. They send me an email saying my account is now closed because of a member I referred! They are also threatening to discard my packages in two days if no instruction is received and keeping my money I have in myus account! This is wrong on every level! I am not that person and I was not given any warning and also when I try to contact customer service they keep telling me to wait for a reply! I cannot, I have been threatened with two days so im sure you can realise why I cannot wait! Why wasn't I asked to provide my government identification or any warning before this happened? I haven't done anything wrong and if this company is genuine about their customers they will contact me, get my information and fix this.
I had a $100 sweatshirt I needed mailed from UK to USA. I requested that myus.com ship it to me the cheapest way possible. Myus.com ended up shipping it vie express mail in a 20x17x12 box which tripled the cost just because of the size of the box. I even requested that they pack it in the smallest box possible. I was expecting to pay around $20 but was charged $130 to ship a sweatshirt. I am so mad at these people and I'm considering reversing the charge through my Credit Card.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
