With every product ready for shipping MyUS have attempted to raise the estimated total weight and cost of products far beyond reality or what could be deemed reasonable. Since these changes are always made in a way were they enable MyUS to charge more, the only logical conclusion is that this is an intentional move on their behalf.

I signed up for the 1 month free trial by clicking on the free trial button but they charged me $10 immediately. When I contacted them, they told me it was not the monthly fee but the set up fee. It is a SCAM.

SLOW and Passive Aggressive Live Chat agents.

Super slow, took them 2 days to scan the parcel - and then another 2 days to process it.
They incorrectly classified one item, so now waiting 3 days for them to correct this, as customs will not accept the classification they used (which is wrong).

I dread to think how much longer it will take, then they actually have to ship it to me.

All of this while on a premium trial - definitely will not be renewing or using them again.

2024? If I am lucky.

Ive had my parcel stolen within the UK facility and they REFUSE to refund me.
One month waiting for an update and NO ONE has reached out to me. Didnt get a single email reaching out; nothing. I sent MULTIPLE emails but no replies EVER.
I filed a police report hoping the officers will come and grab the parcel or convince them to issue me a refund.
To everyone that has their parcels lost/stolen, report this CRIME at https://www.met.police.uk/ro/report/ocr/af/how-to-report-a-crime/ and ask the police to help! They will step in and do whatever they can to help you just like they are helping me.

We ordered a laptop through my us and for no reason our order was canceled and our account closed. But they charged us for the item plus shipping anyway! No way to reach anyone or get an explanation - or a refund! After spending days corresponding with robots we heard back. Absolutely avoid this dubious exploitative company! At all costs!

It will cost a lot more than eBay International Shipping scam. They do not use USPS and and they will hit you with a huge custom brokage charge at the end.

If you prepay for a year service and then choose to cancel your membership to ensure you don't get charged again, they will cancel all access to your account effective immediately. So make use of a calendar program to know when you need to cancel. They only ship via DHL so prices are considerably higher than places that would ship via royal mail (UK to us) and they are fairly slow to respond to questions/ problems. However, they largely do what they promised to do so. If you have no friends living in the respective countries, it might be worth using them.

They constantly try to double charged me for a shipment, and when contacting support about it, the only thing they say is "if you allow me to escalate it and we will contact you via email with the solution" and you won't hear back from them at all.

I also had a laptop delivered to them that hasn't been added to my account for 9 days and still counting. If you contact support, they'll give you the same "we'll look into it and get email you soon" reply.

You can try to ask to speak to a manager or someone higher up who can help, but it's not possible and you'll just get told the same "we'll investigate and get back to you in 1-2 business days" nonsense.

I've never had a worse customer experience as I did with this company. If they were not a worldwide company, I would have thought it was a SCAM, because they were just charging my card over and over without my consent. They charged me HUNDREDS of dollars in shipping for items that were supposed to be consolidated into one single package. They never waited for me to confirm that I was willing to ship the items at that price, after I was told that it required action on my account.
They canceled my order twice. It took me 4 weeks to even find out the cost of the shipping.Then they just started sending things out one at a time in an automated process, charging me $33, $19, $104 USD for each single item! I spent 2 weeks asking them to stop shipping things and cancel my order and return my items. Then they told me that they "don't do returns". And on top of that, even after I selected on my account that I wanted the duties included, I am being told by customs that I have to pay another $160 USD in taxes for just 2 of my items.The worst part is that after I told the company to stop shipping items and that I wanted the order canceled they just automatically kept shipping items and charging my credit card, and their app didn't let me remove my credit card information when I tried. They also don't have a phone service, which is very strange and very annoying when I had to spend hours and hours emailing them back and forth and there was no way to speak to someone.
They finally agreed to return the items that hadn't shipped, but thus far I have been charged hundreds of dollars for items I have not received and it's been 2 months since I placed the original order! As you can see in my screenshots, my original order was supposed to arrive by August 12th. I just wish I could go back and decide not to work with them since the first time they canceled my order over 8 weeks ago. Save yourself hours and hours of frustration, paying your hard earned money for a huge waste of time, and steer clear of this company.

They canceled my account without any reason
I had nearly 100 products in this account, but they took all my products and did not send them to me
All the goods are the goods of my customers
This company is a robbery company
I am now left with 100 customers to answer to
This company is not reliable at all and don't trust this company anymore because you will get hit like me

I've had a package sent through them with a 10-15 days delivery date range.
14 days later, the tracking number they show on their site still appears to be nonexistent when looking it up with the carrier (Australia Post).
The myus staff ridiculously claim that the tracking number will only start working when the package arrives in the destination country...
The most likely scenario now seems that they stole the content of my package, charged me for shipping that they never made, and will keep wasting my time with various excuses while I chase them until I may just give up and cut my losses...
Be extremely careful with them and be sure to do credit card chargbacks as well as to sue them and leave reviews to warn others

I attempted to sign up for the free trial of premium services. I went through the entire process and was told I would NOT be charged. However, I had forgotten I had previously made an account a year ago, so I was ineligible for the free trial and was charged. This would have been fine but I was given no warning about the charge and it just showed up on my PayPal account. I contacted support through WhatsApp and was told I would get an account credit for the $9.99 and my account was downgraded back to the single package member. I never received $9.99 back. When contacted again customer support told me $9.99 was the fee to switch account types so I would not be refunded. Note I did not use their service at all

I would not be upset about not getting a refund except it was extremely shady that I was charged without any confirmation on my part.

When I used the service a year ago I ended up paying double the estimated cost from the website since I had chosen MyUS preferred express as this was described as the most affordable choice I assumed that would mean it would cost approximately the same as the cheapest estimate. I understand there can be some differences between actual cost and the estimate but did not expect to pay twice the estimated amount to ship a small package.

I should have learned my lesson last time, but I will not be using this company again..

WORST SERVICE EVER!

My parcel is travelling already 4 months. This is 1/3 year. You are the worst service ever. You are not solving issues and your customers support sucks! You put wrong codes in invoice and parcel didn't pass customs and even on its way back it's stuck in Memphis and you don't move your $#*!. Just check fedex trackings: ************** and back tracking: **************, which now stuck in Memphis. The ordered goods were important to me but now, after 4 moths I almost got replacements of everything I ordered. BURN IN HELL, MYUS!

Be careful as there are tons of hidden costs - e.g. i had a package with an invoice, however they for some reason decided to declare an estimated cost that was double the true value, incurring massive import duties due to them refusing to change the declared cost without penalty.

This has been a consumer nightmare. First, never trust a company that will not allow you to call them. The MyUS.com phone number provided on its website is just a recording. I initiated a WhatsApp message and they never responded. I ordered from Amazon and shipped via MyUS.com to Belize. After spending $90 to have DHL ship, I am now being told that the reason the order is delayed is because MyUS.com did not include an invoice for customs. It took me 3-days just to find out the cause of delay, now I have to drive 3-hours r/t to the airport. Do not use this service.
