It took a long time for this response, even though it seems to be a general copy paste message.
I've been a long time user with MYUS.com. I ship many packages via this service and 99.99% of the time there are no issues. For the 0.01% of the time when something goes wrong or there is a problem I can count on the excellent customer service provided by the MYUS team. A special shoutout to Donna, who has time after time helped me and assisted with my queries, big or small. I have lost count how many times she has helped, but thanks again for the fantastic service Donna.

This was the second time I have used MyUS to forward my purchase to India and the experience has been great. Would be sure to recommend it to others.
This is a scam company after several month from ending my subscription I found out that they charged my credit card for five months subscription without my authorization I contacted the customer service but they didn't solve the problem and insist they didn't do something wrong.
I contacted my bank and filed a claim and my bank told me they received lots of complaints from this company, my bank considered this transaction as a fraudulent and cancelled my credit card (unfortunately after myus stole my money) and send me another credit with different number, shoppers beware this is fraudulent company and your credit cards are in danger, don't be fooled by fake positive reviews which is obviously posted by myus employees.
Please allow us to help resolve this issue. You have not provided a suite number; can you please provide one in a private message so we can investigate and contact you? We have more than 250,000 happy customers, and rarely have issues with banks or billing. We also have options with no annual or recurring fees, and would love to see if your account is (or was) configured properly. Please contact us so we can help.

Scam company increase the volumetric weight all my shipments put air bags for weight gain
The worst customer service I've ever seen, I have submitted shipment request and they sent the shipment to me in two packages and charged me for the two packages, when I picked up my shipment it was just one package with all my stuff in there, I contacted customer service to reimburse me for charging me second package that doesn't exist, but they refused and told me the second package in transit and it will arrive soon, I told them I got all my stuff in one package but they didn't response, I guess after all they care for stealing money more than they care for their customers.
Consumers beware this company makes mistakes and steel your money and doesn't acknowledge their mistakes.
This is very unusual, but it does happen for some customers based on import and export restrictions. The suite number you provided (0000) is not valid; could you please provide your suite number so we can review and issue any adjustments that may be necessary?
MyUs was not able ( or not willing) to issue a right Shipping Invoice containing all the needed for the customs importand sentences like:
1. Country of the goods Origin: USA
2. The shipping costs... e.g. 20,00 USD
3. Total value of the shipment
4. Delivery: Incoterms 2010: CPT (City), Country.
Because of that the customs clearance will be unnecessary more expensive for me, and sometimes not possible.
No fault with MyUS, always helpful, only problem was my end with Australia Customs! (not happy with them)
The Staff at MyUS have been most patient with me and I could not have asked for a better customer service to deal with...
I Had a positive experience UNTIL I received a damaged package... Instructions for returning were not clear and I have incurred a lot of extra charges! Very disappointed at this point and would NOT recommend to anyone else

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
