Jessica helped me A LOT with the live chat. I was very worries about the day my package would be delivered to my house and she answered way faster than I thought so thanks to her my Christmas just got a lot more stress free!
The low rating is due to the fact that I had to make several attempts for connecting with the live chat without response.
However, when I ws connected to the chat, Jessica, the agent who handled my qustions were very informative and is worth 5 stars.
I have been using MYUS for a number of years now, and have found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I have had a few queries and they have answered them promptly. They have also had a couple of promotions lately, of which I am participating, and most certainly will again.

Had done business with them before and it was satisfying. However, my recent interactions with them were extremely frustrating. It's over a month and i'm still having issues with shipment of my goods. Some of their live chat agents are extremely helpful and understanding. Will definitely recomment Court who was polite and very efficient in solving my issues.

I have recently been assisted by Angel. She was very professional and provided clear guidance on how to resolve my problem. One of my packages contained batteries and required special handling fee. Angel advised that I have to change my preferred shiping method from DHL to Fedex in order to be able to create ship request. Angel provided clear instructions and helped me throgh the process. I am glad to have received this kind of service from MyUS.

I had a problem exporting my shipment to my home country and had to return it back to sender. MyUS customer service staff (Mr. Ali) was very considerate and they waived the $7 charge due to all the difficulties and frustration I had to go through!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
