Always very fast but can really be expensive. They also have some funny/phony charges. I just had a chart with Jessica, one of their customer service agents and she cleared all my concerns as usual. In summary, MyUS.com can't be beaten to speed and reliability especially when you need fast shipping.

Package arrived at home in South Africa Monday 24-11-2014, handled very efficiently by DHL who achieved very fast customs clearance.
I am very impressed with the service, the only problem being the delay in receiving one of the shipments into MyUS.com suite due to some customization of the order.
Overall a very satisfied customer!

My first shipment using your service has just arrived. Time taken was as promised and the goods were in good condition.
Had a little hiccup to start with when I was charged twice for the shipment but your staff corrected that very promptly and courteously.
I was a bit surprised at the size of the package, though and thought maybe it could have been packed in a smaller packet to reduce the shipping cost. As I was shipping a small make up item the shipping cost was more, than the goods.
In future I think I'll buy several items to make it more cost effective.
I only have the standard membership though so does that mean you wouldn't consolidate the packages?

I am so far new to MyUS but would like to say they have had great service so far! I would especially like to mention Court who not only solved my problem quickly, but also helped me with other non-realted (not within the field I asked for) questions I had, in a kind and promplty manner!

I had a query about returning a package today. Jessica attended to my enquiry and fully answered my questions. She was patient and explained things in a way that made it easy to understand.
The only issue that I did have was that it took about five to eight times to log into the chat system. For some strange reason it kept saying there was no one to attend to my chat session and logged me out! But once I was logged in, it was smooth sailing from there! Had the connection/system been working properly then it's be five stars!
It's been awesome, I had an issue and one of the customer care personnel's by the name Angel was very kind and assisted me. Thank you very much Angel.

I live in Tor. Canada we have Stores to shop but the same items are double the Price so I had to look to US department stores They have Coupons, Sales with the drop of a hat and so much more for less, they don't make it easy to Shop and Ship outside US but there is MyUS.com Thank God so we can get around Those Shipping Rules They set. This is my first Shop & Ship I hope and I am sure MyUS going to get around those Rules.
The best experience I've had with mail forwarding by far. Reasonable pricing, great customer service, and they ensure you get what you want. I would recommend this to any and every person who would like to have their mail forwarded to their doorstep, especially if you live abroad.

They are always professional, and this impresses me to no end. For example I just got off a chat with Jessica, she solved the issues I had with items in my suite, was clear and understood the need for urgency as I was facing a shipping deadline. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
