Many of our customers save the most by consolidating multiple packages into a single international shipment. Also, Premium Members automatically save an additional 20% on shipping costs. My first shop was a bad experience. I bougth with Myus personal shopper and it was great. But MyUS send the itens to a non-existent address. I am trying to contact them since yesterday whithout succsess. I don't understand what happened, the address in my account is correct. Now I'm afraid of not receiving my itens.

Your "Contact Us" is very frustrating because it does not enable you to ask a specific question. Instead, one receives a whole lot of pre-prepared answers that do not address the question that one is seeking to have answered. For example, I am currently awaiting a shipment which, according to the tracking information will have been sitting on the ground in the US with the shipping company for 9 days, before being sent to Australia via Hong Kong. This makes no sense and makes the whole process appear extremely inefficient and slow - and certainly different from previous experiences with MYUS.

Excellent, over many years. Recently I had a problem authorising shipment and Devin quickly sorted it out.
I just want to say how fabulous the customer services is at MyUS. Angel's prompt response to my query and then fixing the problem was great and much appreciated.

My goods worth of $360(shoes) was shipped for $623.66. It's ridiculous. And it's my first time. I don't think I will want to ship with myus anymore except if I have shipped wrongly and I will like someone to explain to me.
I had some issues and Miss. Teresa help my to understand it.
I had a package delivered to my *******@myus.com on the 1st of December from amazon.com but couldnt create a ship request till on the 6th of December due to the frustrating Credit card verification process, what's actually suprising me is that when i was buying the same item on amazon i didnt experience any card verification process so i dont know why myus.com do it. Well while attempting to get my card verified i sent several emails to *******@myus.com and i thank Devin and Patricia for their assistances, and most importantly Teresa in the Live chart channel for seeing me throught the entire process.
One of my orders was missing and I sent an e-mail to follow it up.
I was pleased I had the same representative throughout the entire process.
Jess was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire way, I didn't have to chase her up once.
She completely understood my concerns and addressed them in a timely and helpful way and was lovely to have handling my case.
Ultimately my parcel was lost and MyUS and Jess resolved it in a way I was completely satisfied with.

Bottom line: Cheap, but bad value for money.
I've been using several parcel consolidation and forwarding services from the US to central Europe for several years. Left myus once after they repeatedly damaged goods when opening the original package with a cutter and/or padded lousy so that goods arrived damaged. Then used bongo and myus (again) in parallel for some months in order to find out which one to keep with.
After myus made several mistakes that did cost me a lot of money and they denied to reimburse not even a part of what financial damage they caused i will stay eith bongo. Their shipping rates are a bit higher and there are less optional services, but in the end price/performance is way better and their service more trustworthy.
Myus aka access usa, if you're listening: train your floor personel better, reimburse for your mistakes and increase rates in order to be able to maintain better quality of services - it's needed!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
