After a long drama with suppliers of my package I m pleasantly supprized that to see the quick and efficient action of my us and in particular Angel whom I wish to thank especially. Her action saved hundreds of dollars.
I was having a problem and thanks to someone in the customer service named angel every thing fine thank you for your hard work.
I was about to cancel my membership, because of the cost, when Angel suggested there was another option that would only cost $10 per year, so I chose to stay with the standard membership.

My experience with MyUS is indescribable, absolutely amazing. First of all they give you many shipping options with different shipping companies, so you're not restricted to one or two. Secondly the customer service. Those guys are extremely helpful, they will do anything to make sure you're completely satisfied, one of them is Ali, he done an excellent job helping me with an issue I had before, big thanks to all MyUS staff.

My experience was to save money on shipping, this was not the case, ended up paying more going through myus.com and my goods took longer to get to me, due to consolidation, as where if i had sent them individually as per purchase. I one would have received my goods sooner, and two it was still cheaper to send this way. I am not happy, no savings made here just a hole in the wallet.
Thanks to ANGEL for sorting me out and fixing up my account at record speed. Great service for an International customer, I wasn't expecting such good and speedy help. Happy New Year :)

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
