Frustrating because u have to check every item tracking number and put every item price 1 by 1 besides of that you will need to wait until you're package being handled by the company worker and they will not text the item names correctly instead they will leave a description for the item and some times it miss item description, although it may be the cheapest delivery company with the option to store your packages and send them together to save more money but it's really frustrating that u will deal by items 1 by 1 and enter the prices most of the time you order something.

MyUS services is a god send for me as it gave me access to many products & items that are otherwise unreachable for me.
My favorite parts of their services is the amount of care they put into packaging & answering to their customers concerns, worth every dollar spent on premium which is cheap to boot & competitive with other services I tried.

Very highly recommended & considered the best in their field & my favorite amongst the rest. Been using them for the last 2 months & never looked back as its kinda hard to settle for less after experiencing what they have to offer.

My experience with MyUS has been great. Not only was the deliveries service (including timely communication of shipments, great rates on couriers, great online system to monitor your shipments, etc) but also when I had to cancel the service MyUS reimbursed the pro rata of my membership and they didn't try "sell" me to continue the service when I didn't need it. Julie (online chat service) was very helpful, respectful and polite which is hard to find on online chat services. Overall great experience from beginning to end.

And my experience was with Angel she is a nice lady and she help me with my all questions and she answered me
My dormant account was not accessible at MYUS (including 'Forgot Password' action) so I signed up for a new account only to receive a notice of 'Welcome Back' and past charges were charged to my credit card which had never been intimated to me before. Thru a past review of my emails it was clear that all previous charges were either voided or paid up. MYUS has refused to refund these and refused to look thru their records to assess the validity of the past charges.

Jessica was very nice and she gives me all the information I need. The only detail is I have to try severals times for get an agent available.
Not great. For a few years were excellent, now a bunch of barely trained folks tearing through packages and taking photos and holding things up by days. The attempt to comply (or make up for previous infractions) now dominates the customer experience. Some retailers, in fact, now know the address of myUS as a freight forwarder and won't ship to it. That doesn't sound like a good business model...

The worst experience ever had, after waiting for more than 20 days, my package arrived missing many items that worth 600 $, in addition to that they charged me for 41 pounds while the package was 32 pounds only.
Discusting service, thieves they had stolen my money and stuffs.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience, Rashed. If your package arrives with a merchant invoice showing the price you paid, we will automatically enter the prices for you. We also have a variety of tools to help you enter prices, and you can even send us a copy of your payment receipt so your account manager can enter prices for you.
