Teresa and Jennifer were a very nice staff to answer my questions. They were very patience and showed their professional attitude to me.
The concept is good, but service is poor. They dont care how they pack your orders, and often send boxes within boxes -negligence
When ask them to pack economically- they want and extra $8,50
This is my first expirence with a shipping company. I'm glad that I chose MyUs. It was very easy to use their services. They are amazingly fast to respond to any question via Live chat.
My shipments were registers in my suite fast enough (in the same day). I recived my package in a perfect condition. When I recived my package, I grapped my meter to measure it. The dimensions that I was charged for and that I've taken are exactly the same!
Will use their services again. I will recommend to anyone.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
