I buy one board game (total price US$35) at Coolstuffinc.com and ask shipment for Brazil.
I pay US$83 and product was delivered for FedEx. 7 weeks had passed, and now product was returned (causeless) and an extra tax was charged, US$123. So, I spend US$206 and never will see my product again. It's not valuable, any more. I lost four times more and the product didn't come!
DETAIL: I was testing this service, because I always buy board game and import them via Coolstuffinc.com delivery. Directly by Coolstuffinc.com I never had any problem...
What about the SUPPORT RETURNS? Yes, it very is good. They promisse me to refund US$123... So, I can have my losses reduced to initial US$83...
I'm shocked and frustated with MyUs.com!

Maybe the worst company ever. The charge me without my authorization more than 158$. So i had to contact with my bank to cancel the credit card because they charge it every month with no reasonable explaination. What kind of service is that? How some people make money!
Great customer service and great consolidation service. It is nice to receive one box with all sorts of things in it instead of piles of boxes for more expense.

I email myus.com but they havn't done any thing about it. I contact fedex my self been told myus have to tell us then we give you compensation. But myus just ignored my email and phone,...

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
