I was very happy with the service. Prompt response and effective feedback. My shipment arrived in the shortest time I have ever shipped from the US. Shipping company, somewhat not very reliable locally as I had to make several calls to actually receive my shipment.

Resolution time on complaints was very effective. The agent Jessica appears quite professional and helpful. Kudos to her and the team. Though some may assume the charges to be pricey, in my opinion the service is worth every penny. As for delivery speed, MyUS is still 2nd to none.
Very happy, I bought an item while on holiday in the US unfortunately it is not available for sale in my country (UK) so I sent the item to the US for repair had it shipped to MYUS (As the repair center would not post outside the US) and they forwarded back to me in the UK.
My only criticism is I couldnt get the item marked return/repair/warranty so I was then charged import/custom charges when it returned to the UK despite having already paid for this

I have been in touch with Angel in the customer service via email regarding a package that had been sent to my suite but unfortunately had my sons name. USPS tracking indicated that it had been received in your facility. I contacted myus.com and made an inquiry request and that is where Angel came in to the rescue. Angel not only was able to find the package but told me that i would be notified as soon as it was received in my suite. Angel if you read this: THANK YOU. I can't stress how worried i was about this but you saved the day.
Frist of all the fedex shipment cost is little high and I should received at my address but it does not

I live in Australia and have been a myUS premium member for almost 3 years now, making one or two shipments per year. After a shaky experience in May 2014 when new restrictions were put in place for consolidated shipping into Australia, I was pleased to have a smooth and fast shipment during December 2014, despite the busy Christmas period. Everything was processed quickly, and when I requested shipment on the day after Christmas it was fast turn-around and sent quickly.
The new TruePrice shipping based purely on weight was handy with deciding whether to purchase particular items, knowing the item weight would directly affect the cost of consolidated shipping. I was more inclined to be able to buy lighter, larger items that previously I wouldn't have considered due to dimensional shipping. The downside is that heavier items of any size add to the shipping cost, but at least you know when you buy what you should expect.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
