I was very pleased with my first contact with the Myus after some time without using this service. The clerk Jessica showed knowledge in routines and patience to give me the answers.

I am new to my.us. Initially I was not happy because my first shipment was made automatically without my authorisation. Later I noticed that I needed to change my shipment preference to "hold". However, I do not understand how to make my shipment request after making the new setting. Therefore, I go to the live chat to ask for help.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
