Myus is a great place to package and ship your online purchases with great prices and many feauters... and when ever i had a problem they are helpful. Just as today i had a problem entring value for my purchased item. And using live chat. Myus agent Jessica helped me solve it... she was detailed, good and fast... i thank her.

I've chat with Jessica today regarding shipment and billing address which I did not really understand. Jessica explained to me that Billing address would be my billing address as per my bank card company and shipping address would be myUS address.

I was supposed to quit the old account and rejoin the new my US account but today Jessica has informed me if I update my Amex card to billing account then I don't need to rejoin it and also I can take the discount on freight! Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
